Very close to the historic city center and right next to the ramparts, the accommodation has all the amenities. Located on a very quiet street with little traffic, it offers a very nice view from the terrace. The accommodation is for 4 people (1 bed and a 140 cm sofa). To host animals, please contact us. P.S.: Regarding Covid-19, we ask our guests to drop the laundry in the basket on the terrace. We are equipped with fiber optic internet.

The location is ideal if you want to discover the jewels of our beloved Burgundy such as Semur en Auxois, Alesia, Flavigny as well as Vezelay and many more. Two highway exits are 15 km away. Our village of Epoisses is looking forward to hosting you to discover its beautiful heritage.

Old barn renovated with quality materials including a bedroom for two, a small bedroom with a bed 110 cm wide, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a sofa bed living room with equipped kitchen and a terrace. You access it through a cul-de-sac. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The entrance is at the bottom of the cul-de-sac on the right. Avallon is a very friendly small town with shops, bars and restaurants.

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.
