Located on a very quiet street with little traffic, it offers a very nice view from the terrace. The accommodation is for 4 people (1 bed and a 140 cm sofa). To host animals, please contact us. We loved this location. Sylvie was friendly and the space matched the description exactly. We only stayed two nights and visited Vezelay. Around June 21, the 9 stepping stones of light can be admired there. Nice to experience that! There was a heat wave and Sylvie's place was nice and cool. Across the street, we could park under cover and there was a garden that we could use. We didn't do that because it was just too hot. Make sure you do some shopping when you come here. The restaurant Sylvie recommended was closed and Vezelay is the nearest place for shopping and food.

We had a wonderful stay in Avallon. The apartment was a little hard to find, as the house number was completely covered by bushes - Jean Pierre was, however, easy to reach and welcomed us very kindly. Since he lives next door, he could also show us the entrance to the apartment. The location is perfect. Only 3 minutes on foot to the village center and the house is surrounded by trees and a park - very peaceful and quiet. In the garden, you had sun from noon to evening. The only thing that bothered us a little was the many spider webs and we therefore did not find it so clean. But otherwise, we would come back anytime :-)

Beautiful charming cottage with an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside and the Vézelay basilica. The cottage is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and we have everything we need to cook for 7 people. The bedding is super comfortable and the cleanliness is impeccable. Great communication with Sophie: very nice, always available and responsive to our every request. We were also able to taste the wines of the estate, which are excellent! We recommend ++!
