Perfect place for those looking to disconnect from the busy world and recharge. Amazing nature, quiet, and this large beautifully decorated room, which I didn’t want to leave :) Thibaut is very discreet and yet always available, I truly enjoyed our chats. Thanks a lot Thibaut, I definitely will be back.

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

We had a pleasant weekend in this place in a great location. In the center of old Avallon, all amenities nearby, restaurants, downtown shopping, and the tourist office 150 m away. We'll come back to that again.

Charming well-equipped old house, which we were able to appreciate the freshness in very hot weather… Ideal for lovers of calm and nature, with beautiful hiking and bike rides. The house is well located, between Auxerre and Chablis, allowing you to visit the region easily. We had a great time!

Our stay could not have been better. Jenny is lovely, and helpful in every way. She went above and beyond, however, when she picked up some much needed dog food for us in Dijon. The house is beautifully decorated, well outfitted, and so charming. The area is quiet, in a wonderful way, but within driving distance of many wonderful sights, and close enough to Beaune, Dijon, and the Burgundy wine route to make them very doable day trips. Nearby Epoisses has a not to be missed Fromagerie and great bakery. Jenny even arranged a Resistance tour for us, with a local guide, Tim. It was excellent.

We recommend Elisabeth's cottage, it is located in a quiet environment, it is well equipped and decorated with care. The swimming pool, bocce court and games room are a real plus. Élisabeth is very attentive to her hosts. We had a lovely weekend with the family in this refreshing place.

Warm welcome and availability. Clara's cottage was perfect for our group of 12. I recommend this place lost in the greenery where the pool is pleasant after a day of sightseeing.

We stayed at Patrick and Agnes's place with friends and kids. We are into wine tasting, good food, local culture and sports. Everything was perfectly doable at theirs, th running was amazing in the surrounding nature, the kids had a blast in the pool and Patrick and Agnes were just wonderful and even invited us for an apero. We had a wonderful time.

We better understand the status of "superhost" after a few days in Patricia's Garden. Patricia was very welcoming and always attentive to us. We feel very refreshed after these few days. Our kids spent their time in the pool and calendering Tokyo which is very affectionate. The garden is beautiful and the cottage is very well equipped for a family of 4 Parisians in need of greenery! A big thank you!

Dear Ingrid and Dries, we had the most wholesome time in your Gité! We really loved the peace there and just enjoyed the landscape. Dries and Ingrid gave us detailed Check-In informations and informed us about villages, we should visit, and they also gave us instructions how to use some things at their gite or where to find things. We were 12 people, from 6 years old to 72 years old. Everyone loved these 4 days!The house is simply beautiful, there are plenty of activities for all ages, it's close to the city center and above all we had a great welcome from Dorian, by message because unfortunately absent, but he had put 2 good bottles in the fridge as a welcome gift, and also from his parents, extremely kind and helpful, and who were very good advice for visits. This is by far the best cottage we've stayed in so far!

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We were delighted by the spaciousness of the rooms. We were able to sit together at the table indoors and outdoors, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We used the pool and were able to create a cinema evening thanks to the screen and projector. Bertrand was very helpful

Communication with Hubert and Maria Victoria went very well, they are attentive and available hosts. Despite a small problem with the reservation, it was resolved in a simple and transparent way without it having an impact on our stay. The cottage is ideally located in the middle of the countryside to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. The "artist's house" decor contributes to the charm of the place, all necessary equipment is present without superfluous elements. This is the perfect place to disconnect.

Very welcoming hosts and a wealth of information on local activities. The location is peaceful and a real haven of peace. The dume bridge view is breathtaking from the moment you wake up. Thank you again!

Nestled in a cul-de-sac on the banks of the Serein, this duplex apartment is full of charm, thanks to its terrace and decor. Alix is a responsive and attentive host. We would be happy to do it again for a future stop in Chablis!

Had a fantastic time staying here. The location was very peaceful and beautiful. The tiny house itself was pretty cozy and fun to live in. Great hosts too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a unique experience in the French countryside.

We stayed one night at this place The accommodation was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. The decoration is superb and the terrace was super nice. In addition, this accommodation is in the center of Avallon which allows super fast access. We will come back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique’s cottage. It is a lovely walk to Vezelay, and much else to explore close by. Our boys enjoyed having the space to kick a soccer ball. Dominique took the time to give us recommendations on places to visit and had left fresh flowers in the apartment as well as home made jams and a delicious bread and bottle of local wine.

Beautiful house, very spacious and really nicely done up inside. Lots of toys to entertain our kids and outside space. Highly recommend!
