Manoir de Thiot, Gîte sur Loire, Nevers, Burgundy

Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its outbuildings stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.

We welcome you in an outbuilding of our old 19th century farm where you will appreciate its authenticity and calm. Furnished accommodation 3*. Free access to the garden and heated pool (10x5 meters), not private (May - September). Located between Sens and Joigny, close to Villeneuve sur Yonne, Courtenay and the A5, A6 and A19 motorways, in the heart of the countryside, we are 1h30 south of Paris, 1h10 from Guédelon and Chablis.

We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.

Independent accommodation in a green setting

The Gué Maraud gîte, ideal for 2–3 people, has been completely renovated in 2023. It is located in a small detached house on the owners' property, in Morvan Park. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with beautiful views of the countryside or the many stars in our region, children's games and a covered and heated swimming pool in season (May-October). Breakfast basket delivered on request. Our animal friends are welcome.

You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
