As you enter, you’ll find a long built-in wardrobe — perfect for hanging coats and clothes, keeping the entrance neat and functional. Right after that, the space opens up into a bright living room and an open-plan kitchen, creating a warm and spacious atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and all the appliances you might need to prepare any meal, including a large fridge and freezer. The living area features a very large and comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing, along with a TV for your entertainment. From the lounge area, you can access the balcony, furnished with a small table — the perfect spot to sit and enjoy some fresh air. If you prefer, there are several cafés and bars just downstairs where you can take a break and enjoy a good coffee. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms. The second bedroom is a single room with a 90x190 cm bed and an additional pull-out bed (80x190 cm) — perfect for an extra guest.
