Discover the charm of an authentic Ticinese farmhouse dating back to 1566 in the heart of the historic center of Avegno. Carefully renovated, it combines traditional character with modern comfort. Once the home of my grandmother and her family, it still retains the authentic atmosphere of small-town life, nestled among historic alleys and just a stone’s throw from nature. From here, you can easily walk to the river, climbing and bouldering crags and areas, as well as grottoes and numerous hiking trails.

Spacious and stylishly furnished vacation home for up to 4 people on two floors with approx. 100 square meters of living space. 2 balconies + terrace with an additional 30 square meters invite you to sunbathe, chill & enjoy. Both houses together; 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), 12 sleeping places, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shady garden — all connected, all for you.

The bright, airy and stylishly furnished house with stunning views of Locarno and Lake Maggiore offers a lot of privacy. If you like to cook, you will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen. The fireplace also provides comfort on cooler evenings. In addition to relaxation and leisure in the house, the location invites you to hikes and walks. Particularly popular are the cultural events, such as the Jazz Festival Ascona in June, the Moon&Stars in July and the Film Festival Locarno in August.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Old rustico with stunning view & garden

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.
