Casa dos Jacintos is located in a building next to the Ria de Aveiro waterfront, near restaurants, cafés, and the ferry terminal. São Jacinto Beach and the Dunes Nature Reserve are in walking distance, making this condo a getaway for active vacations close to nature, romantic weekends, or remote work-ations.

Parte integrante da nossa pequena quinta, tem entrada independente e é composta por uma cozinha bem equipada, 2 salas, 2 quartos, 1 casa de banho, tudo em rés-do-chão. Tem ar condicionado, lareira e wifi. Estacione dentro da propriedade (altura até 2m) e desfrute do quintal. Ao lado, a casa principal é a nossa morada permanente. Use esta base para explorar a região de Aveiro, Porto ou Coimbra ou, apenas, para repousar numa agradável casa de campo.

A short distance from Porto, not far from Coimbra and very close to Aveiro, you will find a natural lagoon . Casa da Salgada in the village of Fermentelos, more precisely in the street of Salgada that begins near the house and ends a few meters lower on the shore of the lagoon of Pateira. Built at the end of the 19th century by a merchant based in Brazil, it was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021, the result is a house with soul and history dressed in comfort and charm.

Das Highlight ist die große Terasse, die zum Verweilen in der Sonne einlädt. Zudem bietet die Veranda einen überdachten Bereich, der durch die Schiebetüren offen oder geschlossen genutzt werden kann.
