Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Aventine Hill

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Wir haben vier wunderbare Tage in Rom verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt gut gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß und dann mit Bussen oder Straßenbahn alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom gut erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. Serena ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war perfekt.Sehr zu empfehlen.

Antonella's home was perfect for our stay in Rome. Easy bus ride from the train station, very walkable area convenient to good restaurants and a great neighborhood. Close to the Vatican and Trastevere area. Antonella was very easy to contact and was a great host. We were very happy with our choice. There is a narrow flight of stairs, but we knew this beforehand and wasn't an issue for us.

Perfect place for a long weekend in Rome. The location is unbeatable - so close to everything in Trastevere. We absolutely loved it. Check-in was super nice, uncomplicated and even possible a lot earlier than originally stated.

Tiene una ubicación excelente a pasos de plaza Navona, Panteón, F.Trevi, etc. Amplio, cómodo, ventanas en todos los ambientes. No tiene horno. Pero si microondas y electrodomésticos necesarios. Laura respondió a nuestro pedido y nos llamó un taxi para ir a Termini a las 5 de la mañana. Hermosa estadía!

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

casa muy bien comunicada con el Aeropuerto, todo lo necesario y genial con el anfitrión. lo recomiendo.

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Apartment von Adriano u haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment u die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist gut, die klassischen sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Viertel Travestere und der Tiber sind nur 3 Min entfernt. Durch die Nähe zum "Szeneviertel" war es allerdings (nur) am Samstag Abend / Nacht auch ein wenig lauter. Man kann eben nicht beides haben 😉. Adriano war gut erreichbar u der Check-In und Zugang zum Apartment/Haus hat gut geklappt. Hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Everything was pretty nice, i was even allowed to check in earlier than stated after they finished cleaning. The only thing that i must warn you is: If you fall for the bathtub on the advertised pictures, which was a main reason for me to take it, there is not enough hot water to fill it and host said it’s just for beauty not to use it so that was a bit dampening everything else is perfect and it looks very nice inside and feels like home. I managed to fill the bathtub with the water cooker but would be nice to know this before booking, i would expect a bigger boiler and not just a small kettle.

Our stay at this Airbnb was incredible! The apartment exceeded our expectations: everything was spotlessly clean and the pool was simply wonderful. Moreover, communication with the host was smooth and they were always attentive to our needs. In short, everything one could wish for in an Airbnb. We will definitely come back!

Amazing penthouse apartment in a lovely neighbourhood with easy access on the metro to the city centre (only one stop) Pietro and his sister were so welcoming and helpful with any of our needs. I couldn’t recommend this apartment highly enough. We will definitely be back 💯

Flavio harika bir ev sahibi. Her konuda yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev ve manzarası huzur dolu. Yakın çevrede alışveriş ve yemek yenecek iyi restoranlar mevcut. Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

Das Apartment ist super hell und freundlich. Und man findet vor Ort alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet- auch mit Kaffeemaschine! Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen! Danke Francesca für diesen tollen Monat in Rom!

Andrea a été un hôte très réactif à nos demandes, nous avons été très bien accueillies par Carlota. L'emplacement du logement est idéal, le quartier de Trastevere regorge de restaurants et de lieux à visiter. La station de taxi se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds de l'appartement, idem pour la première station de bus qui desservira beaucoup de points d'intérêts. Pour les amoureux des balades à pieds, le Panthéon est à 20 minutes, le Vatican à 35 min, par exemple ! L'appartement était parfait, entièrement climatisé, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. La vue de la terrasse était merveilleuse : il était très agréable de finir nos journées d'escapades romaines avec un petit verre de vin et une pizza du restaurant d'en bas. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour, nous repartons avec mille et un souvenirs et nous espérons y revenir un jour !

Beautifully decorated unique and spacious studio in a great location! Only a few blocks to the "heart" of Trastevere with a never-ending assortment of restaurants. We staid here with our kids (3 and 6 years) and the easy access to bed after late dinners was great. Even greater was the small terrace infront of the apartment where we could still sit and enjoy the evening after the kids fell asleep. The apartment, being at a courtyard of a building, was quiet during the night. There were 2 storeys of fairly narrow steps to reach the place (1 up, 1 down), so this could be something to consider if traveling with very small kids. Our host Francesco was kind and flexible. Guido's place is located in a very walkable area but outside of the primary tourist locations in Rome which can get quite noisy and crowded. Lots of restaurants, a fantastic gelato shop (Fassi), a nice park nearby, and it's about a 15 minute walk from the Termini train station. The location was perfect for us, and the space provided everything we needed for a short stay in Rome.

The apartment is very close to Colosseum, a police station is on the same street which makes you feel very secure. Seb is an excellent host, always willing to help. When I felt the pillow was too firm for me, he even bought 2 new pillows, he is not a person of words but action!

Beautiful clean apartment with an amazing view of the city. I woke up early just to see the sunrise over Rome, and it was one of my favorite moments from our trip. Very close to everything in Trastevere, but was also quiet enough to be peaceful and get sleep. Great communication from the host. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying in the Monti neighborhood! There is a delicious vegan dessert place across the street (lactose intolerant friendly everything!) and the restaurants closeby are fantastic. Very safe and lots of fun. Clean, beautiful space with anything you could need. Our host went above and beyond (snacks, cold water and pepsi zero in the fridge, coffee- everything!) to make sure we had a warm welcome and a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this place :) we loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was ideal — within walking distance to many of the main churches, which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. We also really appreciated the A/C after long summer days. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Grazie mille!
