Welcome to our cozy cabin right by the water, featuring a sauna, fireplace, and a private jetty. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views, and fishing right outside your door. In winter, you can ice fish from the dock, and if the weather permits, ski trails are groomed up to the lake. The surrounding area features berry fields and mushroom forests, along with beautiful walking paths. In the summer, you can take a ride on the rowboat or enjoy the evening sun on the patio. The cabin is located just 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee. One bedroom with double bed, and a 140 cm sofa bed upstairs. P.S. Keep an eye out for the beaver on the water in the evening

Home closer to the water is hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. 2 supboard available for rent, as well as electric motor to the boat. In the summer, cattle sometimes walk nearby, and you may then need to open and close fences to get to the cottage. The internet works well with mobile broadband. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
