Monthly Rentals in Avila Beach

We had a great stay for my daughter's Cal Poly graduation. Perfect location next to Avila Beach, spotless condo with great bedding and towels. We cooked a lot over the weekend and had plenty of kitchen supplies and utensils. One of the more stocked Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. Also very helpful hosts- great communication and instructions for self check-in!

My friend and I had a great time staying here! It was perfect for our stay and felt very cozy/accommodating to our needs. Best part was the location and how close it was to everything yet far enough to remain quiet and peaceful. :))

A truly lovely stay—beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. The place had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Mornings were peaceful, and evenings felt like home. The host was kind and responsive. We’d gladly return!

Great little house in an amazing location. We added the surf loft on to the bigger cottage for part of our stay while grandparents were in town with us. This is a great option to have and worked perfectly for our family. The ability to have two separate rentals but which shared a yard and driveway is really awesome and unique for anyone in our situation. The loft is recently renovated and everything is very nice, new and tasteful. Kelly is an awesome host in every way, she gave us great local recommendations (luckily we have many similar hobbies), access to paddle board, surf board and kayaks and was friendly and communicative. The location is amazing, just a very short walk from a very cool and quiet beach that is mostly just locals and doesn't have the big tourist scene of Pismo beach. But getting to Pismo beach is also super easy, close enough to bike with the kids or just a quick drive. If you're looking to stay in the area and you like the outdoors this is hard to beat.
