Vanesa y su amiga muy amables las dos. Mucha pero mucha flexibilidad a la hora de entrada y salida, que eso me vino muy bien ya que iba con una niña pequeña. Sin problema para aparcar en la zona. El piso sin grandes cosas pero amplio, sobre todo la zona del comedor-cocina. Y las habitaciones muy bien. Para llegar a la playa por el sendero se hace muy bien y rápido andando. En la zona hay un bar al otro lado de la carretera que son muy amables también y un parque para quien lleve niños. Sin duda volvería. Gracias Vanesa

Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

la vivienda se encuentra bastante cerca de la playa y al ser un 5 se descansa muy bien pq los ruidos de la calle no llegan. se puede pasear por la zona de la playa, la cual es súper bonita

la estancia fue genial. El apartamento corresponde con las fotografías, todo muy limpio y anfitrión muy pendiente de nosotros, respondía rápido a cualquier pregunta que le hiciéramos. Lo único nos habría gustado saber que no había ascensor porque íbamos un poco cargados, por lo demás todo perfecto, repetiremos sin duda.

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

Ignacio ha sido un gran host. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa. El apartamento bello, ideal para lo que buscábamos como familia. La ubicación es perfecta y es tan bello como se ve en las fotos. Ignacio siempre disponible y con grandes detalles que hicieron nuestra estadía perfecta. Nos vamos con ganas de volver.

Carmen provides a home-away-from-home experience with lots of extras and a generous amount of edibles in the fridge to get started with. Unfortunately the wi-fi was down because the neighbour had damaged the cable but we easily worked around that with mobiles and wi-fi from local establishments. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

Great location, easy to get to the main attractions, the beach, the nicer restaurants and bus station. Bed was super comfortable, large shower, natural light, well equipped kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay in Oviedo. Alberto was a great host and provided us with everything we needed. The apartment is so beautiful and even better than the pictures. Very comfortable beds and exceptionally clean. We recommend Alberto as your host in Oviedo.

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, Amaya nos ofreció un trato excepcional: sus instrucciones para acceder al alojamiento fueron claras y precisas, y durante toda nuestra estancia estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. Su atención fue constante y muy amable, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bien acogidos. El apartamento estaba impecable, todo muy limpio y cuidado al detalle. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro de Oviedo, con todo a mano pero sin el ruido habitual de una zona céntrica, ya que el apartamento es muy silencioso, ideal para descansar. Sin duda, una experiencia totalmente recomendable. ¡Repetiríamos sin pensarlo!

Estancia perfecta en Salinas Consolación super Maja y muy atenta a que tuviéramos una buena estancia Salinas un lugar perfecto para descansar, comer y divertirse surfeando.

El apartamento es precioso, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, la zona inmejorable. el anfitrión contestaba rápido. nos encantó.

La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca del centro, a 10 minutos andando del puerto. Está totalmente reformada, es idéntica a cómo se muestra en las fotos. Hay un supermercado justo al lado, una panadería.. El tener garaje es un alivio porque sería muy complicado poder aparcar en la calle.. A mí me ha gustado mucho y he estado muy agusto.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building
