Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Avola

We spent one week in this very nice house in the center of Noto. The house is in one word „ fantastic“, with its very nice kitchen and living room and the great terrace, all 2 min next to the cathedral. We can highly recommend this location for holidays.

Couldn’t have been better. Easy communication, super warm welcome, awesome property that has everything you need and more. We felt immediately at home and even days of thunderstorm and rain were pleasant in this house. Valerio and his family have always been there for us and took care of everything super fast. The property looks in real life even better than on the pictures.

For our taste, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever been to! Beautiful and tastefully furnished house with garden, where we – sitting on the terrace or lying in the hammock – spent a lot of time. You live in the middle of the countryside surrounded by great scenery, countless chirping birds, dogs, cats and chickens (which we fed every day). The beach is 10 minutes away by car, the surrounding towns (Scicli, Modica, Ragusa) are also only between 10 and 30 minutes away and all of them are really worth a visit. Charlie was a very dear, likeable host who provided us with many good tips and was also very accommodating. We stayed with him for almost two weeks and would have liked to stay longer!

Marion’s place was absolutely beautiful, the pictures didn’t do the listing justice!! The place had views which were amazing to enjoy all day long and of an evening when everything is lit up. Marion was super helpful and responsive for any local recommendations and places to visit out of the town - thank you again!!!

The apt. had everything you needed for a comfortable and perfect stay. The amenities were very thoughtful that Emanuele&Ivana provide for their guests such as slippers, cookies and a nice bottle of wine when checking in. The apt. Is beautifully decorated modern and elegant. Very comfortable bed , nice balcony and centrally located to restaurants and walkable for sightseeing and shops. Would highly recommend staying here .

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Renovated apartment in the heart of Ortigia... Very nice and tidy, with attention to detail. Convenient for getting around on and also for parking, a detail not to be underestimated... Sebastiano was really kind... he welcomed us with a smile and lots of useful tips for our vacation. Ortigia is a gem... We had a great time. Thank you for everything ❤️

We had a lovely stay, the house was beautiful and well looked after. The pool and surrounding gardens were amazing to spend time in. We had great communication before and during the stay. We were travelling with a baby and toddler and there were high chairs and a cot provided which was hugely helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo & Danila’s house, which is an architectural gem filled with beautiful details and personal touches. Even in the winter time it was very warm and the fireplace added to the feeling of comfort. We loved the peace and quiet that the house radiates, as well as the surrounding sand dunes and beautiful beaches. Thank you for making our stay so magical & we hope to return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful apartment and was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was amazing with a nice view of the church and we enjoyed our time outside. Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was great for walking into town and we walked everywhere. Lots of convenient parking nearby on the main road. A superb Airbnb.

The property was very comfortable, nicely furnished and felt very welcoming and homely. It is extremely well located near the centre of Ortigia and yet is both private and quiet. Everything (shops/restaurants) is within a short walking distance. Gisella provided lots of support and useful suggestions for our visit and Gianluca was there to greet us locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.

Natalia's villa was perfect for what my friends and I needed. It was centrally located and very safe. It was our first time visiting the area, our flight was delayed, and one suitcase did not arrive on time. Natalia and her sister, Marcella were very understanding. Marcella was so great! Making us feel welcomed on the spot. The villa is very spacious..More space than we 3 needed but perfect for spreading out after a day of sightseeing. The views are spectacular, the people, warm and friendly. There is a Lidl up the street from the villa where you can easily get anything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with full size fridge and anything you might need to prepare meals at home. We can not say enough about this lovely property. We will definately be back! We were guests at Daniela's for the second time. The apartment is large has shabby charm, nothing is new, but it is somehow romantic. The location is perfect and we love the large roof terrace. It is totally quiet and you can hear and see the sea and you are still in the middle of the old town.

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Thoughtful and pleasant host. We enjoyed being greeted upon arrival (rather than with the lockbox). Corrado provided us with plenty of information about nearby discovery opportunities. An address to recommend without hesitation. One of the best spots.

Exactly as described. Easy walk to more restaurants and sites than one could do in a year. Ortigia is unreal ! We stayed 6 nights and wished we booked it for longer.

Great villa with large garden where kids can just have fun. We even used the pool twice, in April. Loredana is very professional, nice and helpful.

Corrado was so nice and friendly, he was a gentle man. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was perfect. Pool was fabulous. Every recommendation Corrado gave us was superb from beaches to the unmissable Canyon, to restaurants to day trips. I would highly highly recommend this place and the wonderful Corrado

Pictures cannot really reflect how beautiful this place is! The amazing view from the large terrace shows all the beauty of the rich Sicilian landscape: the sunrise from the sea, Etna with its clouds and always present smoke trace, the cow bells as the only sound you hear …. The house and the garden are made with love and are a perfect place to stay! Many places to visit are within a short drive - great location that allows you full privacy as well as many sight-seeing possibilities. What makes you feel at home from the first moment - are the very welcoming and kind hosts, Grazia and Antonio. They thought of everything when preparing the house for us. They are always available for answering questions and help. Great suggestions for places to see and to eat. Thank you for everything Grazia and Antonio!

Wow, what a stay we had at Ivan's place. Situated in a quiet spot just outside of Noto, surrounded by wild flowers, herbs and lemon trees. The most beautiful, private, quiet spot, we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Ivan and Dino were absolutely fantastic, responsive and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so special. The villa is situated in a great spot for exploring the south east of Sicily, every day we went out and about exploring towns, beaches and restaurants. The beaches were stunning, especially San Lorenzo nature reserve, we had the entire beach to ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we couldn't recommend more highly.

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The view and gardens are stunning, it is incredibly peaceful. There are two pools which are fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. You will need a car if you are staying here as there are no restaurants walkable but that is why it feels so peaceful! The hosts are so lovely and very attentive on the phone. I honestly cannot recommend staying here highly enough!

We had a wonderful time at Martina's place. We were a group of 19 people exploring the plants of Sicily, and the accommodation was perfect, on wonderful grounds with a swimming pool and tremendous views towards Siracusa and the sea. Everything was perfect. Thanks Martina! I hope we'll be back next year.
