Waterfront holiday rentals in Avon

We loved staying here and definitely would stay here again. There place is right on a river. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the water. There is also a walking path right there so it was easy to walk to restaurants. The house is well equipped to make cooking there easy if you like to do that. It had everything we needed. The hot tub is right outside there place which was convenient after hiking all day. Chris was very responsive to questions and check in/out was very easy.

This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. It's updated and extremely well kept. It's located within easy walking distance to free shuttles that take you anywhere in the valley. So, it's perfect any time of the year. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were there any time we needed anything, which we didn't need much. The Eagle River is in your back yard along with a view of Beaver Creek. Jason

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

We had an exceptional stay at Kristy’s place. The condo was absolutely spotless and thoughtfully designed, with every detail covered—from clear instructions for the appliances to a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, spices, and all the essentials for cooking. There were even games and toys for the kids. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax, and the peaceful river behind the condo added to the serene atmosphere. We also loved having a dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergent provided, and all the conveniences that made our stay hassle-free. Kristy was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This condo truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Silverthorne for our first time visiting this beautiful mountain town. The home is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The amenities were great, and all the appliances felt brand new. One of our favorite features was the stunning terrace with incredible views – perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. The host was incredibly accommodating, especially as we were celebrating a birthday, and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable mountain getaway!

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. Would def book again!

This property was perfect for our group! We had 6 adults (3 couples), everyone had there own bathroom which made it perfect. The home is peaceful with the river behind it and private as its an end unit. The common space were perfect, hot tub outside and grill were key! Its a 5 minute drive to BC parking and no more than 10 minutes to any of the restuarants we went to. The owners were great, responsive and went the extra mile a few times during out stay and afterwards (even willing to mail me back something I left). All in all this was a first rate expierence and I would definitely go back! Thank you

We had an amazing spring break with our family. The ski house was beautiful, peaceful, and just as pictured, with all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. A vehicle suited for snow is essential, as the house is accessed via a nearly mile-long unpaved road that winds uphill. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, though we did notice that the fireplaces didn’t project a large flame. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to be aware of. We also had a minor problem with the garage lock, but the management team responded within minutes with a temporary fix, and the door was fully repaired within a day—something we truly appreciated.

We had a very comfortable 1 month stay while working remotely. The condo had everything we needed and the wi-fi was reliable and fast. The views from the condo are beautiful! There are hiking trails around the lake right across the street. Great location! Ski resorts. restaurants, and shopping are a short drive away. Mandy was a fantastic host.

We are so pleased that we found this condo. It was a quick trip up to see a concert and this place did not disappoint. Rose was in communication before time ensuring we had all the necessary information, from parking, to access, parking pass...etc Their place was super clean and very comfortable. Even though we didn't use the kitchen it was very well stocked with all the tools needed to cook and provides an Air fryer.. The view of Dillon Reservoir out the window was beautiful. We sat on deck that night and watched the full moon glimmer on the water. Please don't overlook this place when looking for a place to stay in Dillon. V*B Underwood

We had a wonderful stay! Half way between shops and skiing. Plenty of space and amenities for our family. Beautiful views. Lots of supplies for cooking meals in the kitchen. Would love to stay here again!

This place is perfect for a couple's get-away! Great views of the snow-capped mountains 🏔️, located directly in the heart of so much to do, with local shops, restaurants close by. Highly recommend !

Amazing stay! Jeff’s place was the perfect spot for our weekend ski trip. Only 10 min from Keystone, and less than 30 min to Breckinridge and Vail. Super cozy place with all the amenities you could need: fireplace, amazing view, public hot tube and sauna, board games and more! Would definitely stay here again. :)

Our stay in Avon was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and very well kept. When you open the windows you can hear the little river the apartment faces. Very relaxing. Parking is directly in front of the building. It is free, you just need to register your car online. (Descriptions are very easy to follow) The location is great. You can walk to the shuttles that take you up to Beaver Creek and The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Avon is a city with all stores needed. Great location to explore Vail Valley. Our host was great. Very friendly and fast in responding. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating—we asked about the possibility of an early check-in, and they quickly confirmed that we could check in at 11:30am, which was super helpful and much appreciated. The room itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with interesting pictures and photos that gave it a warm and personal touch. We also really enjoyed the smart home setup—having Alexa available made things even more convenient and added a modern feel to the space. Overall, a comfortable and well-thought-out stay. We’d happily come back again!
