Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

One consideration to keep in mind is that the nearest restaurants are about 20 minutes away. While this may not be a concern if you appreciate tranquility, those relying on services like DoorDash or Uber Eats might find it a bit challenging. However, if you enjoy cooking or are willing to drive for dining options, this location is truly perfect for your needs.

Highly recommend staying at this home in Breckenridge! The space is very well setup, the hot tub is lovely, the view from the living room and hot tub is stunning, kitchen is well setup and stocked with everything you need to cook the food you bring. It’s outside of downtown Breck so you don’t get the noise and you have privacy, but it’s easy to get there as well as other mountains to the north. Check in/out were easy and the place was easy to find. Having garage space in the winter was awesome, especially with space to put ski gear without messing up the house. Andrea was a fantastic host, very responsive to questions and helping us feel right at home. Every day our group went “this house was a fantastic choice” (and we’ve been coming to this part of CO for years)

We had a great a great time at Kent's property! The house was pristine and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for how close it was to the interstate. We would highly recommend this stay.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our group of 5. Beautiful Mountain views from almost every room made this such a lovely stay. The master bedroom is very spacious with a large closet and really comfortable bed. We hope to return soon!

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Beautiful house and location with an easy 15 minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge and skiing. House was clean and comfortable with great views, but definitely need 4WD to make it up the driveway in winter weather!

We had the best time!!! We travelled between Memorial Day and the beginning of June and Keystone was pretty well shut down which was slightly disappointing for our teen kids who were hoping to do some exploring. The house was so comfortable, everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We cooked great meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and we drove down to Breckenridge for restaurants and more of a vibe. Keith and Bruce were so kind and responsive. We’d love to come back to Keystone when there’s more happening!

Comfortable and clean place that fit our needs well. We were in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the gondola. We had a great time.

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

Great location ! Very cozy condo cabin! Great communication with host. Well stocked condo. Loved having garage and easy walk into town.

We had a great time at Gwen's place. She kept in touch with us and sent us instructions on how to check in. She also sent codes for the rec center with the pool, hot tubs, work out room, and game room. Gwen also let us check in early, which was a huge help since we brought a dog with us. The place was plenty big for a family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were updated. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the creek outback was beautiful. The location between Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, and Dillon is great. We highly recommend this place.

Valerie’s place is in a great location and easy to find. It is next to several ski resorts and an easy walk to Main Street. Valerie responded quickly to all my questions. We had a great stay!

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful with stunning views, and everything about the place made it hard to leave. We brought our furbaby along, and he had a fantastic time too — the property felt safe and was perfect for him to explore and relax. Shariann was a great and responsive host, always quick to answer any questions and very helpful throughout our stay. We’re still mentally in Edwards and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful, scenic, and pet-friendly getaway!

We had a fantastic stay here in Avon! The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. They also had a crib and a high chair for us which made travelling with our little one very easy! Highly recommend!

Nesteled in a quiet neighborhood in Eagle-Vail we felt right at home at Dany's place. The unit backs-up to a public golf course, lots of great trails like Stone Creek and a wonderful bike path very close. If you want to go into Vail/Lionshead or BC village the bus system is wonderful, very close, easy to navigate and the bus drivers were very helpful and friendly. We loved eating at Ti Amo, and had everything we needed to cook at home and enjoy meals on the deck. There was a tiny hiccup with our check-in, Dany went above and beyond to help us through it. The unit is beautiful and modern, I just wish we were there longer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Our month stay at Becca’s Riverwalk condo was everything we dreamed it would be. We felt right at home, a beautiful kitchen, bedrooms, baths, linens, tv’s, and the deck that looks out to the river. We loved it. Popular restaurants, grocery, and shops just steps away. Becca responded quickly to all our questions and she was super friendly and efficient. We hope to in the near future!

Easily walkable to the gondola. Nice, clean, big 1 bedroom with large windows for natural light. Can sometimes get noisy early in morning with trash pickup and snow plows keeping the parking spaces available. Otherwise it’s incredibly quiet and secluded. Perfect for skiing and staying outside of the hotels and resorts. Well heated. Can walk to everywhere in Avon. Would stay here again if visiting beaver creek! :)

The Condo = Superb! Spacious, clean, bright light, and exactly as or better than the pictures and descriptions. The Host = Excellent! Allie is welcoming, friendly, prompt, and clearly wants to be sure your visit is a total success. The Location = Outstanding! Incredible access to the gondola, the town of Avon, and the Westin Resort. You are getting everything this listing presents to you and much much more. A no-brainer choice and we’ll be back for sure. The condo was perfect for our needs. It is right across the street from the shuttle to Beaver Creek Village, easy to get to and a great location! We had one small issue that was addressed and fixed immediately. Nice small patio, great showers, updated with new appliances, nice fireplace and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!
