New quiet studio

Détendez-vous dans ce studio indépendant dans une maison au calme avec entrée autonome par un atelier. Stationnement gratuit à 50m. Le logement est situé dans une impasse au pied de départ de randonnée. Le linge de maison est fourni avec le lit fait à l'arrivée. Un forfait ménage de 15€ est inclus pour le confort de tous. Un petit centre commercial à 10 mins à pieds(épicerie, boulangerie, pharmacie,presse) Au calme et idéalement placé pour rayonner autour des sites touristiques voir le guide

Welcome Home ! Si vous aimez ce qui est tiny et cosy alors c’est fait pour vous! Située dans une impasse résidentielle arborée vous serez bien au calme. La tiny a une localisation parfaite à seulement 10min du centre ville d’Angers en voiture. À pied : Bus = 5min. Tramway = 15min. Boulangerie/pharmacie/tabac = 5min Cuisine toute équipée avec four, grille-pain, frigo, plaque électrique. Salle de bain avec douche pluie, toilettes sèches ! P.S : 2 chats peuvent rendre visite en journée :)

Beautiful bright apartment on the top floor of a perfectly located new residence: Supermarket, bakery, biocoop, caterer, you can do anything on foot. Located in the heart of the city of Avrille, at the foot of the tram and bus, you will be in the city center of Angers in less than 20 minutes. Also very close to the beautiful banks of the Mayenne and the Loire, golf and the Terra Botanica park! Very clean and tidy accommodation with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

Quiet ground floor, tram 700 meters away

This accommodation is very clean, it is located in the countryside while being close to the city, 400 m from an Auchan and 700 m from the Tram, it was renovated in 2020. It is completely independent. This accommodation offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. A bedroom area with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with basin and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We will be there to recommend the best deals.

Bascule Station – Downtown – Parking – Private Courtyard

This single-story accommodation, for 4 people, 1 min walk from the "Bascule" tram stop is very bright and independent. You will be quiet in a cul-de-sac, with your own private entrance and free parking. Located in the city center, 5 min walk to local shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.) and 50 m from a greenway for your walks. Immediate access to the tram will allow you to make your trips, without taking your car. Close to the Nantes-Paris road axis.

L'Atelier, in the heart of downtown Angers

Leave the car aside, everything is done on foot! 3 minutes from Place du Ralliement, enjoy the restaurants, shops, cafes, museums, castle and entertainment of the center. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers and professionals. It is quiet and overlooks an inner courtyard. For new travelers, welcome! Cocon des Pins – House with Balneotherapy and Sauna

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed.
