In the immediate vicinity are 2 ski areas: Axamer Lizum and Mutterer Alm! In summer it is perfect for hiking and biking with great refreshment stops! Close to a butcher, 2 bakeries and a supermarket. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

The high-quality designed architectural house was built 14 years ago and has a small garden with its own area for the guests.
