Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

This apartment as the name describes has a wonderful corner position with fabulous large windows in both directions across Wellington Square and down towards the beach, just the perfect location for the town 5 minutes walk in one direction with the beach 2 minutes in the other direction, the dinning area can double as a work space perfect for work cations and staycations. Plus the all important free off street parking at the rear of the building a huge benefit in town, dog friendly.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. sited at the lower end of Ayr High Street. please note this is a 3rd floor flat with a windy spiral staircase so not suitable with anyone with mobility or balance issues! There is a public car park just a 2 min walk away while we do not mind dogs there is no garden or green space space but the beach is just a 5 minute walk away
