Craigieburn garden bothy is a glamping-type single room bothy in a lovely 6-acre garden in beautiful Moffatdale, a great location for walkers and cyclists. The garden has woodlands, waterfalls, wildlife and exceptional planting for you to roam in. The bothy has no mains water or electricity so is a real alternative experience, with separate flush toilet and washing facilities. Otherwise all home comforts are provided with double bed, kitchenette and wood-burning stove to create a cosy atmosphere

The local grocery shop is less than a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.

This modern space sleeps 4 people comfortably. It’s veranda is perfect for watching the sunset over Loch Lomond. We are situated in front of Garabhan Forest, Drymen -the perfect spot for exploring. Our location is fantastic for mountain bike trails and hiking. You can access both directly from The Nest so no need to get in the car to explore!
