We really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Cloughey! The accommodation was fantastic - nicely decorated and spotlessly clean with lots of thoughtful added touches. There are lovely views from all sides and we particularly enjoyed keeping an eye on the cows in the next field. Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend!

Very much enjoyed our short stay at The Studio! Extremely 'handy' for Ingliston & the Highland Show! Lots of choices for places to eat, both for evening meals & breakfast. Didn't have a lot of time to explore Linlithgow, but is a very interesting place with some interesting architecture, particularly the palace. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed its access to all the sights and attractions in the city. The location makes it easy to walk to almost anywhere you could want to go. The added touch of encouraging saving power and using the recycling to help save the planet was really appreciated. Would highly recommend and can't thank Amanda enough for her hospitality.

We stayed at Karuna Bhavan for a night without knowing that it was an ISKCON centre, which was a bonus. There is a nice little temple, free vegetarian food, a meditation place and more. The place itself was comfortable for us - 4 beds, good water pressure in the shower, decent WiFi etc. We met a volunteer who showed us around and offered us great vegetarian breakfast. All in all a great experience.

My friends and I had a lovely time at June’s place, she was very helpful, it was really easy to find and perfect for our stay on the island - would definitely recommend and hope to come stay again!

Raphaela and Steve were very helpful and pleasant. They encouraged us to let them know when we needed something. The cottage has a great bathroom and well-appointed kitchen and is very comfortable. We enjoyed the farm-like atmosphere—it’s so peaceful yet so close to amenities. And the grazing cows standing in the road to town were easily nudged with minimal mooing. We loved it!

We had a great time at Regina's place. It is very tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and you immediately feel at home. The beach can easily be reached in foot and the walk to Bangor is a must. The private patio is a very welcome plus after a long day in Belfast or at the coast. Shops, the City with its sights, the airport and the station can easily be reached. Having had a private parking space was great. Communication with Regina was quick and easy. She is a great host and gives a lot of useful advice. We would always book again!

Fantastic overnight stay at Mark’s place en route to Edinburgh airport. The garden was perfect - we sat outside in the sun, played ping pong, played darts and then finished off our evening with a dip in the hot tub. It was the hottest day of the year but Mark has very good fans that managed to keep us cool-ish during the night. Fridge and whole bnb was so well stocked in terms of food, drink, utensils and toiletries. Really couldn’t fault it.

The location was a 20 min drive from Edinburgh in a beautiful, peaceful location. We were treated to a fox walking past, hedgehogs playing and a multitude of birds. The apartment was very modern and clean. The price was reasonable, I'd happily stay here again but would come more prepared to take in a walk. The hosts were very helpful with access instruction and advice on the area, takeaways etc.

Very clean and tidy, with all listed amenities. Great kitchen area, and very comfortable. Close to train station, 10 mins away from city centre. Adriana was very helpful during our stay, quick to respond to any questions. Great as a base for trips into the city centre and surrounding areas. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I booked Julia's little cabin for a few days writing retreat and it was exactly what I needed. It was a haven of calm, set in the beautiful surrounding countryside. I was able to just sit with the french window open and hear the birds chirping away or often out in the beautiful garden which was incredibly peaceful. Julia was very helpful and responded quickly when I needed a little help with the fire. The place was pristine when I arrived. It's. a good 35 min walk into town but the walk is beautiful and a nice way to take a break. It is 5 mins in the car. There is a wooden veranda outside which is perfect to do some morning yoga. All in all, exactly what I was looking for and very reasonably priced.

Working in the area, looked for somewhere affordable and this static fit the bill. Ideal for anyone needing a place to stay if working in the area and I'll be certainly coming back - the have the whole caravan for the price per night rather than a bedroom in a shared house makes this excellent value for money. The hosts are very helpful, friendly and welcoming !

Weve all had a very comfortable stay at your lovely accommodation, our two children also felt really settled and happy with their surroundings, they each enjoyed having the opportunity to relax in a double bed which was a bonus. The flat is lovely and has everything your need it's clean well ventilated and spacious. We were here in Glasgow for a family wedding at Boclair house which was perfectly located to the flat, we would definitely look to book again in the future if we stayed again. Great stay. I was allowed to bring my spaniel which was awesome. Very comfortable rural setting. Lovely walks into the Forrest and friendly hosts! Private gym a real added bonus. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I have slept on!!

Good neighbourhood, felt safe and even made the mistake of not locking door properly and was out half the day and it was as we left it when we got back, can't do that at home. The dry setting on the washer/dryer takes a long time but I guess that is perhaps normal with those combo machines. We had a vehicle so we drove everywhere anyway so can't comment on what is within walking distance. It was a good location for the day trips we needed to make into Glasgow and just south of Glasgow.

Super accommodation, beautifully presented and comfortable. Garden and outdoor seating area an added bonus. Three minutes from a nice local pub.

We recently stayed here with a few friends and had a fantastic time! Bryony was proactive and extremely helpful throughout and we loved our time there.

Jane was such a genuinely kind person, she was extremely helpful when we first arrived and showed us how to work the hot tub and sauna, the cabin was beautiful and clean and the kitchen had everything one could need. Jane was extremely responsive as well. place was amazing absolutely worth every penny! x

This was our second stay at the Green House. So perfectly situated for a stop off on our return journey from Arran. A lovely warm and welcoming annex with everything we needed. Thank you again Piers, we hope to return again next year.
