Beach house holiday rentals in Azores

Manuela was there to greet us and show us around. She answered our questions and had local restaurant recommendations. ( Cais 20 was my favorites and within walking distance ) There also is another restaurant nearby Jardim do Mar, with a small play area for kids. The house was exactly as depicted and clean. The view of the water is amazing. This location is close to downtown and night life. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Very nice view, nice house, very well equipped. We recommend renting a car to reach all sights and activities. Marco is very friendly, waited for us on the first day (despite flight delay), handed over the keys and showed us the house. He was always available for us. We recommend Marco's accommodation. Marek

We, a family with 2 children, had a wonderful time. The apartment has a lot of charm and offers a good view of the sea.

We loved our stay. Faja dos Cubres is one of the most beautiful and atmospheric locations on the island and to stay there, rather than just visiting for an hour or 2 is special. Also the restoration job the owners had done on on the property was very pleasing. And the owners were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Nuno‘s place offers a beautiful view from the huge terrace and lots of privacy. The interior is very tasteful and cozy. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Maria‘s airbnb is a gem! We immediately felt at home and Maria gave us the loveliest welcome with homemade soup and other treats we didn‘t expect to find. The place was very clean and tidy, the terrace is a dream! It is very well located for several tours on São Miguel. We totally recommend staying at Maria‘s airbnb when on the island. We would come back anytime ❤️

UNBELIEVABLE stay!!! We have been lucky enough to stay in lots of airbnbs around the world and this has been my favourite, it'll stay with me for a long time. A traditional fishermen-style cottage adapted into a quirky and homely apartment with SO much care and small details which make you chuckle ☺️ The location is super convenient for all of the hotspots in Horta (marina, whale and dive trips, cafes and restaurants and the whaling museum) but avoids the crampt streets and provides a peaceful little represe from the busy (ish) streets. It's on the water front of THE most beautiful little bay... opposite two hills which show mount pico between them, the terns were diving and all of this was visible from the window! Rita also went above and beyond to provide handy contacts and help us out with specific requirements, she seemed like a really delightful human ☺️

The house itself has a gorgeous blend of family history with thoughtful and stylish renovations, the views are of course incredible and the town is beautiful if you are looking for a peaceful escape. We loved staying at Azure Sunset in Mosteiros. It was pristine with three comfortable bedrooms and a beautiful backyard pool and jacuzzi. The house is located at the end of a quiet street just off the water. The views from the backyard are splendid—the rocky coast of the Atlantic. We were able to watch gorgeous sunsets from the backyard, or walk 7 minutes to Mosteiros beach, which was so special. The house was ideally located for exploring Sete Cidades, Mosteiros beach, and the Ponte de Ferraria natural thermal pools.

The accommodation met all our expectations. It was a wonderful stay. Everything was there to have a wonderful time, the heated pool, washer-dryer, dishwasher and all the basic items, just like at home. Marie-Thérèse was really responsive when we had questions. We had a lovely time with the family.

One of the best Airbnbs we had so far! Extremely clean and comfortable, with great outdoor space with heated pool and cozy areas to hang out. We appreciated easy and fast communication with the management and helpful recommendations for the local restaurants. Hope to come back again!

The property is gorgeous and the natural ocean pool is incredible!! Perfect place to stay on the island for a relaxing vacation. We had a beautiful stay here.

What a great place for a group! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Great views, nice area - coffee shop/grocery just a 3 minute walk away. The house is modern and look brand new. You do share the pool with 3 other homes, but that was not an issue during our stay. We would definitely stay there again - loved the place, loved Pico, loved the wines!

We were so amazed by this home. It is a very unique setting with a close up view of the twin islands. What stands out are the stunning ocean views from multiple rooms, walking paths along the ocean, unique layout of the rooms and well equipped kitchen. We felt right at home. Carla and Manuel, the property managers, were attentive and gracious, always going the extra mile for whatever we asked of them. Judith was a super Host, very responsive and helpful. Great restaurants nearby. Beautiful walk on the coast to Rocha, one of the best recommended by Manuel. We will definitely be back.

I have stayed at MANY airbnb’s over the years and Jorge’s property is in the top two of all (The other being in Mendocino, California). Jorge was an amazing host, the location was incredibly relaxing and beautiful, and the home was comfortable, well-stocked and clean. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone who will be traveling to Terciera.

Tip top! Clear recommendation. :-) We spent 5 nights here and felt right at home. Very clean accommodation, a beautiful view from the terrace + jacuzzi to the sea and super helpful and friendly hosts. The tranquility there is also indescribable. Here, however, you definitely need a rental car if you want to do other things, as you live far away from the big cities. That's exactly why it was perfect for us.

Aleksandra is an amazong host. she genuinely cares about jer guests ' experience. Before amd during the trip she was excellent woth providing quock replies/communication for recommendations, details about the osland/loacation, tour companies, etc. When we had a minor issue it was quickly resolved. Sparkling clean, charming, and truly a hone a way from hone. I enjoyed the garden immensely. She greets her guests in person with warm hospitality

We had a great stay at Nuno’s place! The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Nuno was an amazing host—very kind and super quick to respond to any questions. The only downside was the noise from the street; there were parties with loud music almost every evening until 1 or 2 a.m., which made it hard to sleep at times. Still, if you’re okay with a lively atmosphere, this is a fantastic spot!

Very cozy and peaceful place in Topo

This location was perfect as a home base for our trip to Sao Miguel. We had rented a car and any part of the island was less than an hour drive away. This made it very easy for us to get out hiking, eat at one of the various delicious restaurants across the island, explore one of the many beautiful beaches and then return home and still be within walking distance of Praia de Agua d’Alto if we wanted to keep going. If it’s a rainy day, you’re nearby Furnas and could easily enjoy some time in the thermal baths. Highly recommend booking if this great location is available for even a portion of your stay in the Açores!
