Beautiful oasis in the city. The trees and gated garden are so amazing. The birds are plentiful and it was such a lovely place!

We had a wonderful stay here and our host was so kind. It was the perfect size for two couples.

What a beautiful place to stay. Great location for exploring the rest of the island. We really appreciated the welcome basket, the comfy beds and the great shower Just a few minutes walk from the ocean. I was the only one in our group who was brave enough to get into the pool (not heated) but we were there during a cloudy time. that was not super warm. it would be totally refreshing in the summer!

Roberto's apartment was amazing, very large and spacious, and the courtyard was also very large and private. We especially liked the large kitchen that was equipped with everything you need for cooking. Roberto answered questions super fast. There was a large parking lot about 100 meters from the house where you could park. The area was quiet and the apartment is right next to one of the beautiful traditional churches. At check-in we had no problems, only the lock on the door was a little hard to get, but with a little force and shaking it worked. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend the apartment ☺️

Large house with room for everyone, great outdoor space and the kitchen was perfect for making meals at home.

Accommodation faithful to the photos, 50m from public parking and a black sand beach so very good. Plenty of amenities, in good condition. Check-in instructions are extremely clear, secure, and host is very responsive. Well located because 10 minutes from the airport. Only point to note, the environment can be noisy in the evening between 9pm and 12am due to the proximity to the bar next door and cars that pass quickly through the street.

We spent a month at Casa Sol Nascente with our little dog. The spaces are very large and have everything you need. We particularly appreciated the ocean view from the garden and the windows of the house. We liked the location very much as it was far from the town and very quiet, with very little noise and disturbance. However, it could be a problem without a car.

Very spacious villa with breathtaking ocean views, we had a great vacation for 6, the beds are very comfortable, we will gladly come back. For those who are sensitive to daylight, don't forget to take a night mask because for now the curtains are not very blackout. A perfect space for two couples to enjoy a comfortable space and a good central location on the island to experience and explore. We enjoyed relaxed evenings in the hot tub! Joao was a lovely and responsive host and went the extra mile for us to be comfortable.

Traveling as a family of 5 and our stay could not have been more perfect! Definitely one of our favorite Airbnbs. We loved the location, felt safe, private yet easily accessible to everything- perfect spot on the island to explore- rental car a must. Lagoa is a cute little town with great nearby restaurants and cafes. The beds were very comfortable, spacious layout, great washer/ dryer and we felt like we were staying in a mini castle! It’s hard to describe the beauty of the views from the terraces but drinking tea in the morning and sitting outside was the best way to start each day and a feeling I hope stays with me. Maria left delicious treats that were very much appreciated on arrival. We will think back fondly on our trip to Sao Miguel and are grateful we had the opportunity to stay here! We will never forget it and hope to return one day!

If I could give six stars I would. Here's why: The house is modern, airy, well-appointed, bright and stylishly decorated. All fixtures functioned flawlessly and we never wanted for appliances, supplies or a utensil. The floor to ceiling windows of the main floor offered all-day views of the stunning ocean and countryside. The location can't be beat, with easy walking to the swimming pools, markets, and the numerous excellent restaurants in town. Despite its centrality, it felt private, safe, and peaceful. Plus, being central on the island, no attraction was ever far away. But the most appealing part of the experience was the graciousness of our host Pedro. Always ready with an answer, suggestion, and willing to help with whatever was asked. He communicated quickly and kindly, and as we sensed from pretty much all of the native Azoreans we met, truly loved Sao Miguel and wanted to share it with us. Could not ask for a better experience. Look forward to coming back!

Accomodation for 8 people have been good.

Photos don’t do justice to this beautiful house and spacious property. It’s absolutely wonderful. Clean, comfortable. The host family lives on the property in a separate house and is so friendly. They answered all of our questions and helped us with anything we needed. The house is modern and beautiful. There’s a huge lawn and view of the ocean. This house is a gem. We loved everything about it.

Great location and a beautiful home. It did have more stairs than we anticipated but was not an issue as two bedrooms are on the entry floor and other three on a level down. Living, dining and kitchen are on the lower third level. The pool did need to be cleaned. The Polaris stopped working before it cleaned the pool but was not of consequence since the weather was still too cool really for swimming. Be aware the hot tub is an inflatable and you’d really only have space for two but it’s on a great deck with nice view to the ocean. There were no restaurants really in walking distance but they are a short drive away and there are many great ones down by the water with beautiful settings. It was very nice to have clothes detergent and dryer sheets in the laundry area. We really appreciated that.

We (6 adults, 2 teenagers, a toddler and a baby) had a great time at Paula's place. It has everything you would want and more. It is in a great location, surrounded by magnificent views. Thank you again for welcoming us!

The location of the accommodation is great, close to the airport and central to quickly reach all corners of the island. We arrived in the middle of the night and were still greeted in person. The highlight of the place is the view of the sea from the bedroom, but also the rest of the place is very nice and cozy.

Beautiful, idyllic, charming place with extremely generous hosts. Not only would I stay there again, I cannot wait to go back some day. Super comfortable and well maintained in every way. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week! Great home with wonderful outdoor space, plenty of room to spread out, clean and in a great location on the island. Margarida was such a great hostess, easily reachable and gave great recommendations. Also, we were given a welcome basket of some food that we so appreciated after a long day of travel. The midweek cleaning was a welcomed bonus and we were left a sweet note and bottle of wine but Margarida, such a kind gesture. Hope to return for another visit!

Tradicampo is a beautiful place to stay with incredible hosts. I left feeling very relaxed and content. The local produce and recommendations were very generous and helpful! I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Sao Miguel!

Great accomodation on the north side of the S. Miguel. Susana an Jorge are very kind and welcoming hosts with a lot of tips and ideas for activities. However be warn. The neighborhood's animals can get quite noisy during the night. :D Nothing disturbing tho, just funny. :D

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the Azores and in the beautiful house on a beautiful estate. We were incredibly well cared for and with a lot of attention from the owners. A quiet neighborhood, very easily accessible. The house has several terraces, so always a place in the sun, or under a canopy when it rains for a while. A beautiful garden with wonderful pool complete it, even in May.
