Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

My friend and I traveled to LA for Father's day - both of our Dads passed away last summer - we wanted to honor them by attending a baseball game. We felt right at home at Davi's house! It had everything we needed and in close proximity to everything we wanted to do & the views! Amazing! We will definitely be back!

This is our second stay at Brian’s place, this time for a few weeks. The view and peaceful outdoors is spectacular and lush, and it was easy to feel at home in the cozy living spaces. Brian was again an awesome communicator and super kind!

This Airbnb was super cute and cozy - the off street parking was convenient, the kitchen and living area very functional for a short stay, the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent! Really convenient having high end laundry machines, and lots of nice amenities like a steamer, an iron, and a blow dryer all available. I also love that we didn’t have to clean the whole place ourselves at check out, unlike some other airbnb with long check out lists. Would gladly stay here again!

The house is small but cute and clean. Walked to coffee shop and was very close to the appointment we had. Short drive to Disneyland. Neighborhood was quiet. House had everything we needed to cook and shower. Was a very comfortable stay for my son and I.

This was a beautiful house and pool was a bonus. It felt like home. Quiet area. Stores conveniently located.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Jessica and Ethan were incredible hosts! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming. The home was perfect for our family getaway ,spacious, cozy, and kid-friendly. Our kids had a blast, and we felt right at home the entire time. We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

OMG, if I could have rated higher I would!. This place was amazing, just as picture! Very clean, beautiful neighborhood. The owner and her mother were adorable and had exceptional hospitality. There is a beautiful and clean garden right outside the unit door. They picked and shared some of there delicious cucumbers with me. I felt right at home. I took morning and evening walks in there peaceful community, and everyone was so friendly and greeting. I will definitely be back for an extended stay and recommend to a friend/family. ❤️🤗

Comfortable bed, good wifi speed, garage availability. Very responsive host, who followed up quickly on the only real issue we had [TV connection problem]. The property was clean and functional, but is showing signs of age - host was made aware of some small problems that need attention. Still, recommended if the location in West Covina works for you.

Great area in Monrovia and super responsive host. The unit is comfortable and has washer dryer as well as AC. They were great communicators and I would stay with them again!

The space is small, but a perfect size for 3 people. Main bedroom has ample storage space- couple small dressers with drawers, 2 nightstands, lots of plugs by the head of the bed to charge all our devices. Bed was very comfortable. Steep step into the room so have to be careful. Our teen stayed in the smaller bedroom w/ no complaints. The door does not shut (it becomes unlatched when we tried to close it). This wasn't an issue for us, since we are all family. This room also does not have AC, but the big bedroom and living room do. The bathroom is very tiny. You can't tell from the photo, but there is a small low shelf behind the sink next to the toilet which makes it impossible to put your left leg there. Not a problem if you are short like me, but an issue if you are tall like my husband who had to sit on the toilet at an angle. But even so, my husband said he would stay here again. Easy & safe street parking. Tons of restaurants. Free water bottles. We look forward to coming back!

This is a great space for two people. Thoughtful amenities and enough space to spread out and not be crowded. The location is on the edge of industrial and residential making it actually very quiet at night. There is a train nearby but the sound is muffled and not very intrusive. I'd recommend this for a nice home base for Inland Empire exploration
