We loved the house, it is super comfortable, in a very quiet location, the cleanliness is impeccable, it has a beautiful play area perfect for the little ones going on vacation, it was definitely the best host we have met, with extraordinary attention, we loved it very much, we want to return soon. The chalet is a charm✨, very comfortable, I was with my 2 daughters and it seemed very nice, it is well located, clean, with the basics to spend a few days relaxing away from the city.

My Family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Michelle provided very detailed instructions in regards to check in which were easy to follow and made checkin very easy. While the location is out of the main stores and restaurant in Chetumal, it did provide a getaway that made us feel we were in our own retreat, removed from all the usual distractions. The home and amenities made it where you didn’t want to leave. We spent most of our time at the house and enjoyed every minute of it. We will surely be back again soon. Thanks to Michelle and her cohosts for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. It was truly an amazing experience.

Excellent place to spend days of rest or family adventure. Kayaks are a PLUS in your stay. Alvaro and his assistants were always attentive at all times and made recommendations for tours. Excellent communication!! We hope to return to beautiful Bacalar soon!

If you want to find the place for ultimate relaxion outside city polution and away from disturbing world with the perfect view of the blue lagoon just to yourselves - this is exactly the place. The host is very engaged in making your experience remarkable. The cabin is simple but it has all you need in the world without electricity - Gerardo has thought about everything and is open to any suggestions. We didn't want to leave the place even for an hour for shopping or restaurants - it was so relaxing to hang in a hammocks all day with some brakes for swimming and walking in the lagoon and seating late in the nights outside with sangria, staring at the stars. There was very few mosquitos during our stay and Gerardo provided us with repellent and mosquito nets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everyone who works there is so friendly and very helpful. The food in the little restaurant is made with love, always consistent, and very delicious! The views from our room were stunning! The location is a bit remote but the hotel offers taxi communication right from the start, and it is very reliable. The room was also well protected from mosquitos, which was pleasantly surprising. We loved this little, Mexican family-owned spot.

The cabin had a wonderful view to the Bacalar Lagoon. From the property, you could directly access the lagoon for swimming and enjoying its crystal clear waters. The place was very quiet and the hosts were always attentive to everything we needed, being very friendly at all times. The surroundings were extremely quiet, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy the place. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay for those looking for a serene destination with an impressive nature. It is important to note that the road to the cabin can be a little tricky, with branches, potholes and slopes that can represent a challenge. Therefore, it is recommended to arrive in an own vehicle to be able to access without problems. Also, it is recommended to bring the food and insect repellent as there are several mosquitoes in the area. Overall, it's a great option for those who want to get away from the hustle.

we spent very pleasant stay, we had everything essential in the bungalow, it was very nice and had a direct view of the lagoon, they took us a light and rich breakfast and we had access to the Kayak :)

This place is a gem! The staff were wonderful and they made it so easy for me to check in and out! The cabins are so clean and comfortable and specially beautiful surrounded by greens and of course the lake pier access and views! I spent my bday they and will definitely come back if I have the opportunity! 100% recommended!

Super quiet, with plenty of amenities and amazing views. Hugo and Luna made us feel right at home. I would definitely go back, 100% recommended. Ideal for connecting with nature and spending a few days relaxing. That yes, it is far from the Bacalar lagoon and the nearest village, so I recommend bringing food and so on, but not having to go out.
