The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

In the middle of the Gurktal in a small village with some hiking and biking routes nearby. Within 10 minutes there is the shopping town of Feldkirchen with many possibilities. Within a very short time you can get to various lakes such as Wörthersee, Ossiacher See and Goggausee.

The Karawankenblick apartment is located in St. Urban, one of the most beautiful tourism communities in Carinthia with direct view of the Karawanken. The 76 m2 of the apartment are divided into two bedrooms with double beds, living room with pull-out couch and satellite TV, large kitchen-living room with dishwasher and fridge, as well as toilet and bathroom. From living room and kitchen is access to the 15m terrace overlooking the Karawanken and access to the garden.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

One Room Flat in Klagenfurt

The flat is a little Garconiere, basically a one room apartement with a small Kitchen and a fully renovated bathroom with a bathtub. There is one double bed and a couch that can also be used as a sofabed. Close to the flat you find everything you need, stores and a bus stop are only 100 meters away. By bus you are in the city center in 10 minutes.
