Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bacnotan

The home is large and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms was equipped with its own air-conditioner and there were 2 tower fans in the living room area. A rare amenity was the rather large refrigerator instead of the more typical mini refrigerator. The home also had a regular full-size 4 burner stove with oven which was a nice bonus. The large yard that surrounds the house is fenced with 2 locked entry gates; one small gate for people and a large gate for cars or etc. The large yard is filled with various fruit trees and many flowering plants and etc which are maintained by the homes caretaker. The ocean and beaches are close by with the popular surfing community of San Juan, La Union, a relatively short trip to the South. Also, be sure to keep food crumbs and spills wiped up to avoid feeding the ants which seem to love life in the warm tropical Philippines. The hosts and caretakers of the home were all very kind and quick to respond to any questions.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely and cozy home. The beach view from the penthouse terrace is really captivating plus the panoramic view from the room at the top floor. I also like that your place is just walking distance from the nice bar and restaurants and food shops. Will definitely go back and thank you so much for accommodating us as family. ❤️

Grace's place is a gem. A piece of calm when San Juan is bursting of life and energy. A huge plus for a group of friends in their late 30s. Totally clean and complete amenities. The caretakers are responsive, helpful and hospitable. Also, the location is near everything so we didn't worry abt parking or transportation. Will definitely be back! Thank you Grace and team.

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

First, upon checking in, kuya Ben and another guy were extremely helpful, we never had to ask for help as they always offered, the dame goes for ate Jessica and the other lady. They were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The villa was just as described, i recommend booking couple loft 2 instead of 1, we were right in front of the pool and could just jump right in. We were very comfortable and at home during our stay and had the things we needed for the days that we stayed in and cooked. Clean towels were provided everyday, when they saw us at the pool they had pool towels ready in waiting for us immediately. Although the pool is shared as there are only three villas, you do get to enjoy it in peace as we barely saw other guests. It was a very short walk to the beach and just a few minutes drive from the market and shops as well as other activities. Would definitely go back and stay here when we return to La union.

The villa was designed and decorated beautifully that as soon as we stepped in we were very impressed. The staff at the front were very helpful. We felt so at home and wanted to lounge in the villa all day, and we actually did. We had a 4month old baby with us so we did stay in the villa for the most part and it was comfortable with everything within reach. Rooms were very spacious and cozy.

Super loved the place!!! We loved everything - very aesthetic, smelled really good, great quality of beds, sheets, furnitures, kitchen and dining stuff. The house is really beautiful - the design with plants everywhere inaide the house. It is very relaxing. Loved the bathrooms too! Thank you for having us!

Our trip was not easy from the get-go. Car broke down on the way to the bnb - Noelle (host) and Jerome (caretaker) were both super responsive to our calls and questions. They even offered to help us to find a mechanic! 10/10 for the hospitality! The unit was exactly as described — fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach. While the beach itself was on the smaller side and a bit rustic, it was still a lovely spot for our puppy to run around and enjoy a swim! Would like to thank Noelle for letting us stay in her place - we had a lovely time!

Beachside room has a splendid view of the beach thanks to the glass corner window. very close to the beach, perfect for senior companions. ruby, raquel and the crew were accomodating and helpful. locals offered fresh fish that they can cook for you for a fee- the food was delicious. Kitchen is well provisioned except for the stove. Overall it was a relaxing stay, the beach is clean and beautiful and we will definitely come back.

The place was exactly what my family needed for a quick LU stopover. It’s spacious, strong wifi connection, and the a/c was so cool, which made our stay more pleasant (considering how hot it was outside when we were there haha)

The host was very responsive and friendly. The place was very clean and spotless with complete amenities. The kitchen is complete with anything and everything that you need. The rooms were perfect. Ang bait pa ng host to give us food in the morning which was very nice of him. All-in-all a perfect place to stay at and would recommend 100%.
