Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bacoli

Absolutely delighted with this beautiful home near the Sorrento area but outside the tourist madness! Stefano (Annamaria’s brother) looked after us, organised trips and advised on what to do in the local area. He was lovely and kind, we loved looking after Sophia the cat and watching the sunset from the hot tub. We also loved being able to have a shower in the utility room when using the tub. The garden smelled of jasmine, and we had some lemons for drinks. All the little touches made our stay feel like home from home; delicious homemade pasta sauces, snacks and breakfast items, coffee and tea, water, limoncello! this meant we didn’t have to stress about finding a shop for basics on a Sunday when they close early. It was so lovely and peaceful, and there are some amazing restaurants in the square, the farm tour is well worth doing, also there are lovely local restaurants that cook real Italian food and not as expensive as Sorrento. I am so sad to leave! :( Thanks Stefano!

I wish everyone could experience the beauty of this place! I consider myself particular, especially about cleanliness, but this surpassed my expectations. The home is clearly cherished by the owners. The ceramic tile is beautiful and it makes the home so pretty. The art is also spectacular. But nothing compares to the views! Our family of 4 spent 8 days here and we spent hours on the balconies and patios and by the pool just enjoying the views. The nearby village is adorable and there are some great restaurants as well. Chiara is just awesome! She met us at arrival to help with luggage and she gave us recommendations for where to eat and find supplies. She is wonderful and we really enjoyed getting to know her over an evening meal. I honestly have never found leaving a vacation home so difficult. It is large and airy and has a joy that you just feel while you are there. We found the many steps to be helpful in working off all the great food!

Elvia’s place is amazing! From the moment you walk in and look out at the deck, it will take away your breath away. We loved the location! It is away from the crowds, plus swimming right below your deck, a lovely walking bath to Massa Lubrense Harbor with restaurants, our favorite Angelos, plus you can pick up a private boat or a group tour of Amalfi! Basically everything you need for your adventure in Amalfi! And one VERY important detail, Elvia has a beautiful beachfront home that welcomes you with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Thank you, Elvia! We hope to be back one day!

Serena welcomed us with great helpfulness and kindness. The house is beautiful and equipped with all the comforts, even for pet friends. The area is very nice and interesting. Excellent for those who love hiking and nature Highly recommended Or Barbara, Onofrio, Bella and Nocciolina 🙏😘

The host was extremely friendly and helped us find our place, had fresh pasty brought each day at no extra charge and they was amazing! Could not recommend this anymore!!!! The view was amazing.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed with 3 people in total and it was perfect! The terrace is very spacious and we used the hot tub too :) only thing was that we couldnt figure out how to use the kitchen outside, but the kitchen inside was enough for us.

from he moment we booked michele was so helpful ,he gave clear instructions to the property and greeted my family with open arms , you can take my word that you will not be disappointed in any way the property is so clean, organised ,fantastic views and feels like home with the sun ,everything you need is there ,Michelle is very flexible and keeps in touch (in a nice way) to make sure everything is going well and gives great advise if needed which we found very useful and reassuring my family and myself have nothing but praise for michele and his family and wish him every success in his business and we are hoping to definitely book again in the future thank you chris ,mandy and family

Chiara’s place was spacious and nice on a quiet little street at walking distansen from the harbour.

The location was great and Eva meet us. The treats, milk and juice left was really appreciated. Our grandsons enjoyed the foosball was great. It was great having a washing machine. The traffic noise was noticeable. Thank you from the Campbell family

Valerio’s place was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The best part was the little extras like the snacks and even a bottle of wine, not to mention recommendations for restaurants and things to do! Overall, it was a great stay.

Maria and Giovanni are genuinely kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful individuals who clearly love their city and love sharing it with others. Their efforts made us feel not just welcome, but truly cared for. Fruits, some snacks and a nice limonchello bottle was waiting for us when we arrived. Giovanni helped us book a tour and even chaperoned us early morning till the pick up stop. We cannot recommend staying with Maria and Giovanni highly enough. We are already dreaming of our next visit and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Thank you, Maria and Giovanni, for everything – you truly made our vacation unforgettable! PS. Getting a smaller car is highly recommended as the road to their place is super narrow. They initially advised us the same but we thought they were up-selling :P which was clearly not the case.

This is a lovely apartment tucked in a very local Napoli neighbourhood with several homes with nonnas sitting outside their homes. Despite the neighbourhood vibe, it was a central location to many popular sites like the Spanish Quarters and Via Tribunali. Amazing food and coffee (Gambrinus) a 5 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was so uniquely decorated and very lovely. We enjoyed our stay wish we had 1-2 days more in Napoli in Dede’s apartment. Leonardo the taxi driver was so helpful in taking us to and fro Napoli Centrale.

Salvatore’s Airbnb might be one of my nicest stays in Italy over all my years using Airbnb. The villa was immaculate. Location was outstanding. Views were incredible. The real gem though was Salvatore. He is a phenomenal host. He was able to coordinate transfers to/ from his place to the Naples airport as well as coordinating a rental car (a must for accessing the villa and surrounding areas). The communication was fantastic. We did run into a little hiccup on one day when they were doing some unexpected road work near the villa, but that was not at all Salvatore’s fault and he even preemptively warned us about it. I absolutely would love to return to Villa Titina if my plans align and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stay near Forio. Easy access to Forio and Poseidon Gardens. Great value for the price paid. You absolutely will not regret choosing Villa Titina for your Ischia Vacation.

The stay at Ciro's was perfect! We felt comfortable right away. It was nice that we got to know him a little while we were eating together on the beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. Ciro is a warm and open person. He gave us apricots and lemons from his garden. We miss him and the beautiful villa!

The only problem with the place is you don't want to go out. It's so beautiful that you'd want to stay at the apartment for the whole vacation.

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

Vincenzo was such a kind and gracious host. We really enjoyed our time here, the villa is absolutely gorgeous.

There are a lot of villas to search through in Sorrento, but really you should stop your search here. This location was absolutely perfect: views of the ocean, Mt Vesuvius, and the sunset; extremely helpful and kind hosts; beautiful gardens; and amenities to make you feel completely relaxed. Carlo and Emanuela have put so much time and care into making Villa Carolina an absolute pleasure to stay at. Recommend for anyone heading to Sorrento that wants to experience an Italian villa!

Stayed in this guest house for a week during our honeymoon. We loved eating outside on the patio and cooked regularly in the neat, well-appointed kitchen. The garden is spectacular in the spring with views of the coast in the background and lemon and orange trees. Although we found Forio a bit dusty/busy for our tastes, this property was a peaceful retreat and we were able to walk to the beach and scooter all over the island (on a rental seamlessly arranged by our hosts). Giuseppe and Sara were very responsive throughout our stay and made themselves available at a moment’s notice for anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin? This was our best experience to date! Claudia’s love for this property shines through, and the thoughtful care and attention to every generous detail made our experience so memorable! From her beautiful, well appointed home to the stunning views and outdoor spaces - we soaked up all the gems she made available to us. Her hospitality was above and beyond, with a fully stocked pantry of delicious food to checking in on us each day, she gave us so much information to make sure we were set! To top it off, we were able to work with her personal and extremely attentive concierge, Aniello, who helped us plan our trip. It didn’t stop there, Claudia’s relationship with a local restaurant gave us access to a free shuttle and Aniello was responsive to every need. We had full access to her amazing hotel as well. This home is higher in the hills, but you can easily walk behind the house (it’s a bit of a down hill walk to a path) and in a few minutes you hit the cute town.

Incredible stay! However, be warned, you must be prepared to travel via taxi or have your own car! I unknowingly booked without realizing how inaccessible by foot / public transport this location is. But that was on me. About 30 min car ride to Naples. The space on the other hand is quite large, lovely, homey and romantic. The host is INCREDIBLE! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She offered to drive us to a pizza spot after our late check in, knowing that some of us were hungry. She even set up a taxi to pick us up from the airport, since she knows we don’t speak the language. Went above and beyond and felt so welcomed. All in all, great stay, phenomenal host, and romantic scenery.

This place is so wonderful I almost don’t want to tell you about it in case it’s always booked up! It is a beautiful location with a view of the sea, and walking distance to Forio. We found beautiful beaches and restaurants in Forio. Suggest hiring a car to see the rest of the island. The house has lots of space and the small fish pond was a huge hit with my kids. A great place for a group holiday or large family.

A beautiful, peaceful, relaxing location. The villa has character and the log fire is a great focal point. Outdoor spaces for eating and chatting. A few minutes drive further up the hill is an amazing viewing point with restaurant. Marina is helpful, responsive and friendly.
