Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

The accommodation is very clean, it has a dedicated parking garage, garage 15. The location of the accommodation is easy to find, the environment is very elegant. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Two toilets, one separate toilet, one is the bathroom to the toilet. The garden is beautiful. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. Very good, worth recommending

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most niche areas. Spectacular!!!!

we enjoyed the nice cottage. Everything was complete in a nice environment. The town by the water and the village with all the nice gardens and shops was very nice. In addition, you can enjoy hiking in the mountains from the village and by bus you can, for example, go to the Wallbergbahn, where you can take the cable car to 1700 meters.

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I have ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

A very nice, high-quality accommodation (perhaps apart from the hair dryer), where they really thought things through. Everything you need is there, the view of the mountains is a dream and the pool and whirlpool make the whole thing complete after hiking in the great area. Lukas responded immediately and nicely to questions. I really highly recommend this place.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

I was very warmly received by Katharina and felt welcome with the dog at all times. Her family were also very friendly. The accommodation was well equipped and has a great location. I could ask Katharina anything at any time. It was a successful holiday all around, thank you.

The stay with Katharina was great. Very neat. Great instructions. The enclosed garden was very nice so our dog could go outside freely.

We made lifelong memories as a family in this house. The host was outstandingly responsive and polite. The house is modern, clean, cozy, spacious, and amazing for a family reunion. The kitchen had all tools necessary for a comfortable home cooking experience. If we needed something - they had it! Super home for a family with a kid or kids. The location is peaceful and secluded, but you can walk to a promenade or a nearby restaurant easily if you want to socialize. About an hour on a taxi from the Munich airport which was reasonable for us. We would go there every year! We loved it so much!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this place! Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The apartment/house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with was excellent from the start – very friendly, fast and uncomplicated. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. Beautiful, cozy home with everything you need, warm and animal-loving hosts with LOTS of great tips for exploring the fantastic area. Even with dogs a paradise! It goes up a rather steep staircase to the apartment, but our dogs had learned this very quickly.. We had five great days here and will be back! 😃

We were 3 friendly couples and felt comfortable from the first moment. It is a magnificent accommodation, which is surpassed by the friendly hosts. Arrive and feel at home. Lovingly renovated old farmhouse, which was tastefully decorated. You immediately feel comfortable. We lit the fireplace every day and enjoyed sitting in front of the crackling fire. Every day there was new firewood for us outside the door 🫶 As an old house, it is of course a bit noisy and it creaks here and there, or a door can no longer be closed well, but that is part of the charm of this house. The steep stairs to the first floor is not only for us bipeds to enjoy with caution! Our dog took them down in a flat flight… thank God without injuries. We enjoyed the house, the tranquility, the nature, the relaxation very much. Here you come down and are in a beautiful environment and another world. We'd love to come back!

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-kept house. After the vacation, our son probably told the kindergarten about the apartment he liked so much. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Bakers, butchers and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it possible to explore the area around the Chiemsee as well as the entire Bavarian foothills of the Alps up to Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easy to reach and were there to help with advice and action. Their friendly manner made the stay even more pleasant. We'd love to come back!

Super nice, clean, quiet and yet within walking distance of the train station apartment, where we felt very comfortable. Communication with Matthias was also consistently helpful, friendly and prompt. If we are in Rosenheim again, we will be happy to come back.

Andrea is a responsive person to our questions before arriving at the accommodation: use of transport in Munich, directions to get to the accommodation and nearby shops, large arrival time (appreciable when you come from far away!). The accommodation was clean, bright, very well equipped. Andrea is a friendly and helpful person. Thank you for this very pleasant stay, we will come back with great pleasure.

We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean, stylishly furnished and nothing was missing. Even for our dog, there was a bowl and a treat. Upon entering the apartment, it smelled very pleasant, you immediately felt comfortable. Communication was great and quick. We are happy to recommend.
