Es liegt sehr schön in Waldnähe und eignet sich sehr gut für Wanderausflüge und der Erholung in der Natur. Bayreuth ist ca. 30 min. entfernt und lädt zum bummeln oder Kultur genießen ein. Auch sind die Luisenburgfestspiele sehr gut in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Leider ist zu beachten das das Studio nur über ein WC verfügt, eine Dusche oder Wanne steht nicht zur Verfügung.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

A break in the hills

The apartment in Neusorg is located on the slope of the beautiful southern Fichtel Mountains. The idyllic Steinwald Nature Park also borders directly on it. Vacationers who like to play sports will find excellent winter sports facilities, well-marked hiking trails, bike paths and swimming pools in the immediate vicinity. Other wonderful leisure opportunities for all ages, as well as lookout towers, natural monuments, castles and ruins are also available in the surrounding area.
