Holiday rentals with a patio in Bad Berleburg

The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Has an amazing view over Plettenberg and a forest at a very close distance so you can enjoy the calmness and peacefulness it provides. Definitely a place to visit for a retreat from a noisy city. Christine was always helpful and responsive that made our stay even better.

I had a great experience staying here! Everything was as expected except for the view... which was beyond expectations! I will remember the sunsets I have seen from the living room windows and the hot tub for a long time.

As stated in the actual review: a place to feel good with a very friendly landlord who also acts pro actively to make everything as pleasant as possible for his tenants. There is also nothing missing and you will find everything as shown in the description. Also the surroundings of the apartment are very pleasant, nice neighbors, a quiet place and many opportunities to explore the really very nice area.....hiking....cycling etc. Personally, I would definitely come back if needed, I can really only recommend this apartment and I would like to thank you very much for everything.... The apartment is right next to the Winterberg Bike Park! so perfect for bikers! You can park in the underground garage, but it is a bit complicated with a bicycle rack and 2 bicycles on the back because you have to go to the lower floor with the car lift! VW Passat with 2 bikes just fits into the elevator, but it's very tight! Otherwise, the apartment is tip top and equipped with everything you need! You actually don't need anything except soap and toothbrush!

After a long road trip around Europe to ride mountain bikes, we (2 girlfriends) chose to spend the last couple of days in Winterberg. The home was absolutely perfect for the purpose, as it was right next to the bike park, and it was really nice to stay a few days in a place like this, where everything was just fine when you were a little tired of traveling. In particular, it should be emphasized how informative it has been about renting the property and how good an offer this is for what you get. Nice, clean, cozy, fully equipped kitchen and good beds. When we come to Winterberg again, this property will be the first one we look for, and I will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

This is a great place in a stunning location. Katrina is a perfect host. Would highly recommend!

I was delighted with the accommodation that Katrin offered. The flat is vast. Everything was for me—a parking bay just at the door, only 100m to Lidl, and 500m to the open swimming pool. I slept very well—there were no noises coming from outside to my bedroom. To sum up, I got more than I expected.

Everything worked out great although everything was very spontaneous. Great! :)

A really cozy, beautifully furnished cottage, beautifully located and everything sparkling clean ✨👌🏼 Right outside the door, you can take a wonderful walk or enjoy the tranquility of the garden. We felt very comfortable!

Very nice, top furnished chalet with attention to the details. We enjoyed the days here very much, great location overlooking the Sauerland. High-quality modern but still cozy furnishings, the sauna overlooking the mountains is the highlight. We will be happy to come back :)

On the spur of the moment, the three of us spent 2 days in Manfred's beautifully located house, quiet with a wonderful view. From there, we could make wonderful excursions into the surrounding area. We immediately felt very comfortable, the house and property are clean and lovingly maintained. Bathroom very small with shower. Bedroom small and friendly, kitchen offers everything you need (hot water takes a long time..) A kind of winter garden invites you to linger in the evening. Absolutely recommended for people with a love of nature in a beautiful retreat.

A trip with 3 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space, so many loving details. An incredibly beautiful garden. All as described. Whether for grandma and grandpa or the children... everything was there and really lovingly designed. Open the door and feel good! Ludwig's accommodation was just what we expected, a house and garden to be discovered, our daughter was thrilled. Ludwing and his wife are super helpful and friendly. Obviously, it's a 300-year-old house, so it creaks a bit, but I didn't like it for that reason. The house has everything you need. A nice experience

Our stay in Tina's apartment was exactly as we had imagined, we were very satisfied and felt comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and perfect for short stays. Tina is very nice, helpful and quick to reach.

The apartment, located in a quiet and beautiful residential area, met expectations, very clean and everything you need. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace almost all day. There is a hotel with a restaurant and bicycle rental within a 2-minute walk. Behind the hotel, hiking trails start directly into nature, which you should not miss. A bus stop to the city center and an outdoor swimming pool with warm water are also within walking distance. Karl was always available, very helpful and friendly. I can only recommend this apartment!

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

The home is spacious, light and clean. It was quite chilly inside at first, but with the wood stove on, we had a pleasant temperature in the cottage as quickly. The house was very fully furnished! We were by motorbike and we were given the opportunity to store the motorbikes in the garage. From this location you can take beautiful touring rides. Around the corner is a bakery/pizzeria where you can eat well and get fresh bread in the morning. We enjoyed it and felt completely comfortable. Thank you Birthe and Chris!

The place was a dream! It was a generously sized and bright apartment with a great view. Everything was very clean and we had everything you need. The communication on site was smooth and we felt comfortable from the first second. We were definitely not there for the last time. A clear recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Grönebach! It had everything we needed and more — perfect for our family of three plus our two dogs. The apartment was clean and really well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, with the Dorfpfad hiking trail right nearby — a fantastic path with beautiful scenery that we all enjoyed, including the dogs! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!
