Relax in the design refuge "Ostera"

The guesthouse with the holiday lofts "Ostera" and "Westera" is located on the rural estate Sonnenhügel. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love for clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain view of special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

Our rustic cozy room is located in a separate area of our house, quietly located on the green outskirts of Rostock – ideal for vacationers, couples or business travelers looking for relaxation and comfort. The room is fully equipped with private bathroom, small kitchen, Wi-Fi and TV. A special highlight is the private sauna, which offers you soothing relaxation after a long day. Dogs allowed, but with extra charge, sauna use as well (10€)

Vacation in the countryside

If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohnsiedlung auf einem 1000 qm großen abgeschlossenen Grundstück separat im Garten. Die Lage ist ein guter Mix für Erholung und Ruhe und doch nicht weit ab vom Warener Stadtleben, oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. An warmen Tagen können Sie auf der großen überdachten Terrasse direkt am Ferienhaus frühstücken oder am Abend grillen.

Kägsdorf beach 2

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days. Relax in this unique and beautifully located place. Here you can actively explore nature on forest walks and bike tours, swimming in the nearby lake, or relaxing in the hammock in the large fruit tree garden, by the crackling campfire under the stars. If it gets cold and uncomfortable, a sauna house is also available on request.

Open architecture, modern interior, cozy yet unobtrusive - this is our architect house Meerling. Two spacious cottages (H and N) each over 2 floors (about 120 m²) with beautiful garden, sun terrace, fireplace, sauna and private parking including charging station for electric vehicles.

On the outskirts of the old town, in the shade of the cathedral towers, is located on the upper floor of our boathouse our lovingly furnished, Scandinavian-style apartment. Enjoy the silence and tranquility right on the banks of the Trave here in the center of the city.
