The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Our holiday apartment is located in the attic of our bungalow. It consists of a room with a living area, a sleeping area and a kitchenette. There is also a bathroom. (One-room apartment) You can reach it through the main entrance door of our house via the common hallway and the stairs up to our gallery. Only our guests live on the upper floor, it is also lockable with a separate key. The house is situated in a quiet residential area.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
