In the semi-basement with large daylight windows there is a double bedroom and bathroom next to a living room/kitchen. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest into a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a rich equipment, here you can cook relaxed. The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

Vom Bahnhof in Röblingen läuft man 10 min zur Wassermühle und dort im großen Garten steht der Bauwagen. Die Wassermühle Röblingen kann man auch im Netz suchen und man findet auf der gleichnamigen Seite auch noch einige Informationen zur Mühle und zum Grundstück. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang, der führt etwas provisorisch durch einen Bauzaun mit einem Vorhängeschloss und dann seht ihr ihn schon auf der Wiese stehen. Dahinter plätschert der Bach.

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.

Bad und WC nutzt Ihr im Gemeinschaftsbad des Gästehauses oder optional im VIP-Bad. Eine Gemeinschaftsküche, ein Grill sowie ein sicherer Fahrradraum stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
