This was a great stay in a little town just outside of Saltzberg. It is an old farmhouse with many authentic items. There was plenty of room for a group of three. All of our needs were met, and our host advised us on a great restaurant for lunch.

It was very nice in the tiny house. The terrace is large enough for reading and sunbathing and very quiet - parasol and loungers were available. The hot pot was especially great! We will be happy to come back.

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

This place has everything you need to stay without excessive guidance and warning. The staff is responsive. The receptionist even reminded us of an upcoming public holiday so that we can do shopping before the shop is closed.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. Clean apartment at a very good location

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

A great stay! Simone was super nice and warm – we immediately felt welcome. A special highlight was the small round trip with Werner, where he showed us cool hotspots that we would never have discovered otherwise. Absolutely recommended!

Michael‘s place in Brannenburg was exactly as described. Easy to get to, cute garden and in a relaxing area. Also it’s in the perfect location if you want to learn to paraglide as the school is only 5min away by bike.

The location of the apartment was great as a starting point for our hikes and also the size is great for two people. Jolanta was very nice and took care of everything perfectly. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Andrea is a responsive person to our questions before arriving at the accommodation: use of transport in Munich, directions to get to the accommodation and nearby shops, large arrival time (appreciable when you come from far away!). Perfect stay – absolutely recommended! Eva is a fantastic host – warm, attentive and always reachable if you need anything. The house is beautifully restored and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly liked the combination of modern comfort and charming ambiance. The location is also ideal: the proximity to Rosenheim and the mountains makes the house the perfect starting point for excursions into nature or into the city.
