During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

The house is located just a few meters' walk from the lake and the center of Schliersee. Alle Holzarbeiten wurden von einem Schreinermeister durchgeführt, wodurch die Wohnung einen sehr gemütlich-modernen Charakter bekommen hat. Der Balkon läd ein zum Sonnenbaden und relaxen.
