Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Ruhige klimatisierte Gästewohnung in unserem Haus am Horbachpark in sehr ruhiger, zentraler Lage. Die Altstadt ist nur 300m entfernt, der Stadtbahnhof Ettlingen und Supermarkt 250m, A5 4Km. Wir bewohnen die unteren beiden Etagen. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick auf den Schwarzwald. Sie ist für 2-5 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Max. 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder nach Abstimmung. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert(Upcycling). Unser Haus ist „relativ“ CO2 neutral(PV u. Wärmepumpe). Waipu TV Stick.

Our house was completely renovated in 2022. Here old clay walls and wooden beams were exposed. There is a 65-inch smart TV in the bar, as well as a projector with Netflix. The pool table and game collection leave no room for boredom. We are located on the edge of the Northern Black Forest. The region is ideal for hikers, cycling trips or a private wellness vacation in our panoramic sauna or steam bath. No parties. Dog friendly. Owners live next door with dog, encounters possible.

The original rooms and low floor heights were deliberately not changed, they convey the rustic cosiness that makes it so unique. Let yourself be surprised, you will like it. Lovers of Northern Alsace, you will be seduced by this unique and romantic getaway. Close to Germany and tourist sites (Fort de Schoenenbourg, Maginot line, hiking trails in the Northern Vosges, ...), the house is located in an old renovated barn and has 3 bedrooms. You will love lounging in our heated indoor pool while listening to the birds sing under the magnificent cherry trees that overlook the garden.
