Holidays in the countryside

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

Every Tuesday and Friday there is a weekly market with merchants and goods from the region. Direct connection to the A4/A5/A7 and beautiful bike paths in the area

Cozy attic apartment in an idyllic location, combined living-bedroom with sofa bed for child(ren), fully equipped kitchen, private seating in the spacious garden. In the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, there is also a washing machine and dryer. The couch in the combined living room/bedroom offers a sleeping accommodation for two children (up to 8 years free of charge). A bicycle garage is available for bicycles.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a little time out or for longer - our spacious, comfortable apartment Elli is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a view. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - around it a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.
