My family and I live on the sunny outskirts of Waldau, directly in the beautiful Ansbachtal at the foot of the Thuringian Forest. A separate entrance leads you to your area of the house. The bright and newly renovated rooms invite you to relax. The forest is almost at your doorstep. It is only a few minutes by bike to the Ratscher mountain lake. The Goethe city of Ilmenau, the state capital of Erfurt or the Vestestadt of Coburg in neighboring Bavaria are easily accessible by highway.

Über schöne Wanderwege kommt man zu Schloss Aschach. Die schöne Rhön lädt zu diversen Unternehmungen ein. Hier z. B. Wasserkuppe mit Sommerrodelbahn, Kreuzberg usw. Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Our apartment is located in the center of Merkershausen, a district of Bad Königshofen. A kitchen with dining table, a living room with sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub await you. In the enclosed courtyard there is a barbecue corner with outdoor seating in the countryside. In the house there is another apartment on the upper floor. Parking is free on the street.

On the first floor is the apartment "Korbhaus." On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

We are 20 min. from Bamberg 20 min from Hassfurt This is a strict NO SMOKING home.
