The space is an apartment with about 65 square meters on the first floor of our new building and was ready for occupancy in 2019. Sleeping accommodations are available for up to 4 people, including bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. We are located on the outskirts of Weikersheim on a hillside with magnificent panoramic views over the Vorbach Valley. In case of bad weather or darkness, the big TV in the living room will do. ;)

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Located in the idyllic Friedrichsruhe next to the golf course. With a short distance to Öhringen and the Kochertal. The surroundings invite you to take small walks, e.g. to the best preserved piece of the Obergermanic-rätische Limes. Suitable for singles, couples, craftsmen, business travelers. The city of Öhringen with all shops is a 5-minute drive by car. The highway is 5 km away. After Heilbronn and Schwaebisch Hall, it is about 30 km.

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
