We are a young family and are happy to welcome you to our cozy ground floor apartment (74 m²). We live above and therefore steps or children's noises can occasionally be heard. The apartment is very central and ideal for families with up to three children – perfect for skiing or visiting the nearby thermal baths. Wi-Fi, smart TV, parking and kitchen basics (spices, oils, coffee) are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Local tax €3.50 per person per night; not included in the price.

Located in Zauchen near Bad Mitterndorf, in the middle of the Styrian Salzkammergut, you are surrounded by impressive mountains and clear lakes – one of the most beautiful regions in Austria.

The bright and quietly located apartment for up to four people is equipped with many loving details, as well as underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, TV, spacious wardrobe, walk-in shower and toys :) In winter, the high-altitude ski resorts of Tauplitz and Loser are easily accessible for ski and cross-country skiers, as is the beautiful Narzissentherme in Bad Aussee. And to make the vacation feeling last longer, I'm happy to allow late check-out on request!

Modern, cozy and family-friendly: Our centrally located apartment in Bad Mitterndorf offers two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a home-office space and plenty of comfort for families (toys, baby cot, high chair). Hiking and cycling trails start right at the doorstep, while lthe surrounding lakes are reachable within 15-20 minutes. The GrimmingTherme spa and local shops are only a few minutes away. Perfect base for active summer days. Day trips to Hallstatt are easily possible.

Our spacious accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people with two bedrooms, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, dishes and glasses. Enjoy the spacious south-facing terrace with a view of the Grimming and be enchanted by the cozy atmosphere of our exclusive apartment.

Coffee on the terrace in the morning, the Grimming right in front of you – and in 50 meters you are at the ski lift. Welcome to Grimming View I. Enjoy a relaxing break in our quiet, bright apartment near the ski lift (3-minute walk). The central and quiet location is ideal for relaxing days in the mountains – whether skiing, hiking or just to switch off. Free parking, an electric charging station and Wi-Fi throughout the house are available.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor and has 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom as well as 1 bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. A stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen utensils await in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment also offers a balcony with garden view, a hallway washing machine and a flat-screen satellite TV. Note on room layout The bathroom/WC is only accessible through the bedroom.

Our beautiful b2 chalet apartment by rainer im Salzkammergut is located directly in the village of Tauplitz. The small newly built complex, where most other apartments are rented out through an agency, is located within walking distance to the valley station of the cable car to the ski and hiking area Tauplitzalm. Our beautiful apartment was tastefully and modernly equipped by ourselves with a lot of love.

The penthouse "Hill - 73" absolutely deserves its name. On more than 90m² the holiday apartment offers pure luxury and is really dreamlike.<br>It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a beautiful open kitchen with an adjoining living/dining area, open fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. With the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday penthouse offers enough space for 6 people.
