Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds, which can be converted into a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen TV (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster...) Completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area, there is a spacious built-in closet. The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called Dichterviertel, a few minutes' walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau Sprudelhof, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. The train station and city center are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season, you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the residence of Elvis and his family during his army service in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room in Bad Nauheim during this time....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area invites you to hike (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places worth seeing (Frankfurt /M. - City and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short journey. Great, comfortable furnished apartment in quiet location in the beautiful Taunus for 2-7 persons. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has 116 m2. - Large living-dining area with fireplace - Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. - Private terrace - Under the table top of the dining table is a pool table - There are two coffee makers. Frankfurt-Fair by suburban train S6 (25 min). 20 minutes drive by car to the motorway access A5. There are several restaurants, coffee houses, bars, supermarkets, backeries, doctors, post offices, banks (ATM). The main shopping street in walking distance (3-5 minutes).

The old coin

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. Enjoy your time in our stylish and lovingly furnished apartment. Our apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The place is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Close to a supermarket, bakery, café, pharmacy and bus stop. The beautiful Bad Nauheim city center with all the sights, the Sprudelhof thermal baths and the spa gardens are not far away and within walking distance.
