Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

The charming town center of Barsinghausen, with its cafés and shops, is just a few minutes away.

Bus 700 (about 50 m to the bus stop) takes you to the city or the main train station in 20 minutes (Limmerstraße approx. 10 minutes). The Ahlem train station is also a few minutes' walk away.

During the day you can just sit down and listen to the birds and in the evening enjoy the chirping of the crickets with wine. Starting in October, the cranes move into the country.

You can explore the spa town of Bad Nenndorf or you can drive to the beautiful city of Hanover, which is only about 30 minutes away. Tiny House "Luna", by the lake with sauna

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
