Falkenberg is a hospitable place with charming surroundings. The apartment is quietly located, lovingly decorated and you are in the forest or at the castle in no time. A small village shop around the corner as well as inns in the village provide for physical well-being. We felt very comfortable with our hosts and were even allowed to try home-brewed beer at the fire pit.

Fabian was incredibly helpful and understanding. He provided very clear and concise instructions to get into the apartment. He reached out and assisted me every step of the way.

The apartment is in a great location for visiting the city and the area. Restaurant, bars and shops within walking distance. We had a pleasant stay.

It was as if we were arriving at the home of good friends. The arrival was completely uncomplicated, the check-in was flexible and warm. From the very first contact, you could feel the genuine hospitality that ran through the entire stay. Our dogs were also welcomed with open arms. The accommodation was lovingly furnished, superbly equipped and sparkling clean. There was really nothing missing: plenty of towels, coffee, a fully equipped kitchen and many small details that show how much heart is in here. We were particularly pleased with a fruit bowl, dog treats and even a bowl. Our four-legged friends were just as spoiled as we were. The garden was a green oasis of tranquility. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The encounters and being together with Patrick and his family: so warm, open and funny. We will not forget the shared conversations and laughter. We will definitely be back. Thank you for this unforgettable time!

Christian was very responsive and accommodating with a clean and modern home. The location is close to many nice walking areas and quiet neighborhood. Supermarket is also close by and comvenient.

Everything was great apartment was clean in a great location, the kitchen was fully equipped, we didn't miss the center within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this amusement of Tatiana was nice and she also provided us with parking in the underground garage.

The photos don’t do justice! Petra’s place looks brand new and was impeccably clean. They accommodated our last minute booking and were so friendly throughout our stay. Petra and her husband were wonderful hosts. The location can’t get better - it’s in the heart of the city but it still feels very secluded and safe. I highly recommend!

We had a great time in Marienbad! We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The apartment is very well located, the city center is within walking distance. The apartment is CLEAN, modern, tasteful and lovingly furnished. The contact was always friendly and accommodating! The free parking space in the parking garage was also very helpful! We felt comfortable from the beginning - the apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Very modern, stylish and the tropical touch reflects the name. A highlight is of course the bathtub with a hot tub function. Our stay was completely successful.

The accommodation is located in the middle of the old town and is highly recommended. Everything is tasteful, carefully and stylishly furnished - just as shown in the pictures. Access by car, parking, etc. are easily feasible as described. We would come back anytime!

Wonderful apartment in Bad Elster. Perfect location - walking distance to parks and bakery, surrounded by forest with beautiful starry skies at night. The host was attentive, and all our needs were met. Great for groups and very comfortable. Fresh air and peaceful surroundings made our stay truly enjoyable. The accommodation is very central and you can reach many sights on foot. The apartment is very large and bright with exceptional furnishings. The entire apartment was furnished very lovingly and stylishly. Everything is coordinated.
