Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Die Wohnung ist für 1 bis 4 Personen eingerichtet. zusätzlich vorhanden : 1 Hochbett für Kind/Teen + 2 Schlafsessel. 2 Baby-Reisebetten vorhanden Fussläufig erreichbar sind 2Spielplätze, öffentlicher Nahverkehr, Bäcker, Discounter und die Innenstadt von Bad Schwartau inkl. Kino, Restaurants, PKW-Ladesäule Typ2 etc.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Our apartment is in the middle of Lübeck's old town in a typically pretty gabled house from the Renaissance. From here, you can easily reach everything on foot – the famous Holsten Gate, the museum harbour, the Gothic churches and the many small alleys and corridors that meander across Lübeck. Right outside the front door is the bus that takes you to Travemünde to the beach in less than half an hour.

Lage Von der Wohnung aus können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die Haupteinkaufsstraße in wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreicht werden. Um die Ecke befindet sich der Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal mit schönen Spazierwegen. Zwei historische Freibäder können Sie zu Fuß erreichen.
