We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

3 room apartment on the 2nd floor in a quiet residential community, 75 m² in the Groß Parin district, just a few kilometers from the Baltic Sea. The apartment has a cozy living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms with 1.40 x 2.00 m beds each, a bathroom with walk-in shower, freshly renovated in 2016, and a balcony. Magenta TV in the living room and both bedrooms. Linens and towels are provided. Dogs are also welcome guests!

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The apartment is in the center of Bad Schwartau. The spa gardens and the forests are easily reached in a few steps. As well as the shopping (supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlor, restaurants). The Baltic Sea with its beautiful beach is about 9 km away and the old town of Lübeck with its historic flair is about 7 km away. The Holstein spa (healing power from iodine brine) and the Asklepios Clinic are also a short walk away.

Our apartment is in the middle of Lübeck's old town in a typically pretty gabled house from the Renaissance. From here, you can easily reach everything on foot – the famous Holsten Gate, the museum harbour, the Gothic churches and the many small alleys and corridors that meander across Lübeck. Right outside the front door is the bus that takes you to Travemünde to the beach in less than half an hour.
