Das 30 qm große, neu renovierte Apartment verfügt über ein Doppelbett mit Schrank und Sekretär, einem Sofa, TV, sowie einer vollausgestatteten Küche mit kleinem Tisch. Das Badezimmer ist mit einem WC/Dusche ausgestattet. Es eignet sich perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Zum Strand sind es circa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Apartment ist für 1-2 Erwachsene geeignet oder für 1 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind. Das Haus hat einen gepflegten Außenbereich, wo auch gern mal der Grill angeworfen werden kann.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. If you're looking for peace, relaxation and a large garden, this is the place for you. The apartment offered here impresses with its view from the kitchen through the large patio door. It is lovingly decorated and is even suitable for wheelchair users. Note: no TV, poor cell phone reception

Bad Sülze has a highway connection (A20) about 6 km away and has all the facilities for daily needs (shopping, restaurant, doctor, hairdresser, etc.).

Beautiful, natural and quiet apartment with private access. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. There is a separate living and sleeping area, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the living room, in addition to several seating options, there is a TV and a kitchenette with a stove and microwave. The apartment has a separate entrance with terrace and seating in the garden.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
