Here there is plenty of peace, wide views of the green surroundings and a pleasant distance to the tourist crowds of the seaside resorts. By car, you can reach the beach of Neuhaus in 8 minutes. By bike, you can ride half an hour through the Ribnitz Forest and through the moor to the large water. From the window you can watch deer and cranes. Day trips can be started from here in all directions.

Die Gästewohnung liegt idyllisch in einer ländlichen und reizarmen Umgebung. Die hellen Nächte von Mai bis Juli sind ein Genuss! Der Sternenhimmel ist mitunter atemberaubend. Die Anbindung mit dem PKW ist sehr gut: A20 in 11 Minuten, Stralsund in 25 Minuten, Ostseestrand in 45 Minuten.

Relax with us, linger in the estate park and enjoy the time. The approx. 65 m² apartment is located on the east side on the upper floor of the historic manor house, which is gradually being reconstructed. Guests are welcome to use the terrace. A grill is available for the evening, and there is a fireplace. Via our orchard you can reach the Trebel, where you can fish, experience nature or use a paddle boat. Bassendorf is a rural idyll that you can reach via a 2 km long avenue.

Wortshaus: Illustration & apartment with sauna

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place is located between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The apartment has its own entrance and garden area. 4 sheep and 5 cats inhabit the large garden. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Wood-burning stove sauna & hot pot are available for a fee. The village of Barlin is a very nice place to vacation with horses and a playground. Forest and lakes are close. We former Berliners live next door as a family.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.
