The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people (baby bed available). A coffee maker and a SodaStream are available for you.

Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.
