Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Friendly and lovingly decorated apartment in "Haus Lotus," approx. 47 square meters for 1 to maximum 4 people (1.40 bed and pull-out sofa bed) with shared use of the garden. Perfect apartment to relax, recharge and enjoy nature. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in the basement. There is a small yoga school in the house. Private yoga and relaxation classes, massage and yoga therapy can be booked. Pets are allowed by agreement.

You can relax and unwind in the conservatory or on the terrace. The apartment is 173 square meters and is so spacious that everyone will find a place for themselves. Behind Villa Freudenberg you are immediately on the hiking trail in the forest. Here, people and animals can come to rest.

The apartment is located in a semi-elevated location of Esslingen with a fantastic view of the city. The quiet location on a cul-de-sac guarantees relaxed living. The cozy living-dining room invites you to linger and the spacious bedroom guarantees soothing relaxation. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and the bathroom is bright and modern. Two small terraces are available and invite you to a sundowner at the end of the day.

The apartment is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. Contactless check-in and check-out is no problem. The private terrace invites you to relax. The apartment is in a very quiet area in Großbettlingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb about 25 km southeast of Stuttgart. Metzingen is about 6 km away, Nürtingen about 5 km. We are also close to Reutlingen and Tübingen.

Hiking, cycling/mountain biking, thermal baths or outlet shopping, all nearby. A train leaves Dettingen every hour during the day in the direction of Outletcity Metzingen.
