This special place is close to all the main points of contact, making it easy to plan your stay. U-Bahn [subway] - U3 in the immediate vicinity. Stephansplatz center is about 10 minutes away. The main train station is about 13 minutes away. Vienna Airport approx. 15 min. Green Prater about 5 minutes. TRIIIPLE salon with library in the concierge area. Shared terrace and an event kitchen are located on the 9th floor. Barbecue lounge in the garden area. Cafes and restaurants are located in TRIIIPLE Plaza

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

I designed this space with one goal: to create an apartment I’d want to stay in myself, clean, beautifully designed and equipped with everything you might need. It was built in 2025 with a modern design. The private garden is a rare find, perfect for dinners outdoors. There’s a little welcome gift just to make you smile when you arrive.
