Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. Small recent duplex house of approx. 45m2. Arrangement: 2 double beds + 1 single, 1 equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 large bedroom upstairs with wardrobe. Quiet and out of sight, the accommodation is totally independent and is located at the back of our property. It has a small exterior and a lovely outdoor salt pool accessible over the summer period. Proximity to train station (3 min walk) to the Strasbourg/Haguenau line.
