A 200-year-old Alsatian half-timbered house, restored five years ago to modern tastes. A magical place where time stands still. Located in the Rhine Rift that separates the Vosges Mountains from the northern Black Forest. The Alsace Wine Route – Cleebourg (20 minutes). Close to Strasbourg (30 minutes), the spa resorts of Baden Baden (15 minutes), the Roppenheim designer outlet village/The Style Outlets (5 minutes) and the must-see Europa Park amusement park (60 minutes). Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Eco half-timbered house Black Forest: nature, animals, birds!

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Pretty vacation home in the countryside

The ecologically built wood-clay house, our "root house" on the Wurzelhof, with a view of the "Black Forest National Park" in the heart of the national park offers guests coziness and tranquility. The house and the region allow us to look at our roots - at what is really important... The restful sleep in a pleasant environment makes you fit and ready to enjoy the surrounding nature or to plunge into the hustle and bustle of the nearby cities of Baden-Baden or Strasbourg.

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft, fußläufig 10min. zum Bahnhof und 20 min. in Stadtmitte, 3 min. zur S-Bahn. Das Appartment ist ein umgebauter Schuppen, erschlossen über eine steile Treppe. Es befindet sich ein kleiner Eingangsbereich im EG mit Kleiderschrank und Sitzgelegenheit. Das Obergeschoss hat einen kleinen Wohn-/Schlafbereich mit kleiner Küche, Sitzgelegenheit und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.

Lots of light, stylish furnishings and well-thought-out amenities will make you feel right at home. Also an ideal base for trips to Baden-Baden, Strasbourg and the Murg Valley!

A high-quality and fully equipped A built-in kitchen is at your disposal. The timeless bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Towels are available. The double bedroom, like the living area, has a smart TV. Wi-Fi, community games and an internet radio are provided.

Here, you are neither fully in the city nor fully in the countryside – and that is what makes it charming!

For about 200 years, the train station has been a place for travelers and vacationers. Today you can live in it. Whether with friends or in a small family group.
